Mechods 64 patients were divided into the mild hypothermy treatment group who were treated after 24 hours and the control group of 32 cases whose rectum temperature was controlled between 36.5 to 37℃. Two groups of patients' therapeutic efficacy was compared according to the GOS valuation method 3 months after their injury.

本组64例患者，随机分为亚低温治疗组32例，均于伤后24h内行亚低温治疗，对照组32例，直肠温度控制在36.5℃~37℃，其他治疗同亚低温组。2组病人于伤后3个月时根据GOS评估法判定疗效。
