Results in 260 case,there are abnomal of 179 cases in barium enema,including 119 cases with sigmoid colon tediously lons,69 cases with transverse colon prolapse,in defecography,there are abnomal of 217 cases including 174 cases with rectocele,73 cases with rectal mucosal prolapse,87 cases with puborectalis syndrome,and 73 cases with spastic pelvic floor syndrome,many cases have two or more abnomal show.

结果 260例便秘患者中，钡剂灌肠有异常179例，其中乙状结肠延长、迂曲119例；横结肠下垂69例。排粪造影有异常217例，其中直肠前突174例；直肠黏膜脱垂73例，耻骨直肠肌综合征87例，盆底肌痉挛综合症73例；较多患者两者检查均有异常。

Methods Twentysix patients with rectocele was treated by mucosal sleeve resection by stapler or rectal mucosal flap longitudinal resection and continuous suture, and XiaoZhiLing injection and posterior pubococcygeal muscle partial section were adopted selectively.

结果：经测温显示各部位温度于加温后达40℃以上所需中位时间分别为81(24～84)min(鼓膜7次)、81(24～93)min(食管7次)、42(9～72)min(直肠10次)；达41℃中位时间是72(39～96)min(鼓膜4次)、72(42～102)min(食管5次)、72(9～102)min(直肠7次)；40℃以上持续时间分别是鼓膜57(36～96)min，食管39(27～96)min，直肠66(48～111)min；各部位最高温度分别是40.4(39.4～41.3)℃、40.4(39.5～42)℃、41.5(39.2～43)℃。

By dynamic observation of ARM occurrence in ETU treated rats, we found ARM related to the following factors:① Cloacal membrane was too short.② Cloaca configuration was abnormal.③ The tail groove did not form.④ Fusion of URS with cloacal membrane failed.

Results CT showed a intrapelvic mass of rectal wall or surrounding soft tissue with inequality of size, relation closeness with intestinal wall; rectall wall different degree compression and narrowing,and extruding surrounding tissue.Below 5cm tumor density were slightly reduced,but symmetrical. Exceed 5cm tumor moderately enhanced, but asymmetrical. CT value of major mass were 25-35Hu, with boundary zone nodule enhancement, contrast-enhanced CT value 50-60Hu, and centricity necrosis.

结果 （1）盆腔内直肠壁或直肠周围软组织肿块，大小不等，肿块与直肠壁关系密切；（2）直肠不同程度的受压、变窄，肿块主要向直肠腔外生长，对周围组织产生推挤压迫；（3）径线在5cm以下肿瘤平扫时密度稍低，但均匀，增强时表现为中等度均匀强化，无坏死；径线在5cm以上10例肿块密度平扫时呈稍低密度且不均匀，CT值25-35Hu，增强时较大的肿瘤边缘带中等度结节样强化，CT值50-60Hu，肿块中心部分无强化，呈坏死样改变。

Methods: One hundred and sixty patients receiving systematic 13-core biopsy of the prostate were randomized into two groups. Group A (84 cases) received an injection of 5 ml 1% lidocaine into the prostatic neurovascular bundles on each side at the base of the prostate under ultrasound guidance. Group B (76 cases) received 10 ml of intrarectal 2% lidocaine gel five minutes before the procedure.
