目镜测微尺

Those tasks have been taken:①After mastoidotomy on 48 temporal bone, various structure were located by coordinatal ocular micrometer that designed by myself, and then depth that from strctrure to surface of mastoid was measured. Three-dimensional data of every point on structure were earned.②Appiled nanatomy of IAM was studied.

本课题对该部位做了以下工作：①在48侧颞骨标本进行乳突轮廓化后，采用自己设计的坐标式目镜测微尺对颞骨内部结构进行坐标定位，测得各结构到乳突表面的深度，所得出的三维数据可以对颞骨内结构有精确的认识。

Methods TGFβ1 protein in 53 cases of RA synovia ［including 26 cases of RA,20 cases of control non-RA (14 cases of OA and 6 cases of traumatic arthritis) and 7 cases of normal synovia］ was detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method.

采用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测了53例(其中26例RA，20例其他关节炎和7例正常人)滑膜组织中TGFβ1蛋白的表达情况，并用目镜网格测微尺和图像分析系统分别进行TGFβ1阳性细胞的半定量计数和TGFβ1染色强度及面积的定量分析。
