Contents of Zn, Cu, Cd and Pb in Shell of oyster and offshore water from Dalian gulf, Laohu beach, Fujia Zhuang beach, Lingshui bay, Lvshun and Jinzhou are studied by Anodic Stripping Voltammetry in order to establish a relationship between offshore seawater and heavy metal content in shells. Through monitoring the seawater and shells we researched whether the shells could replace the soft tissue of oyster shells as an indicator of marine environment changes in hope of finding a more convenient and accurate carrier for monitoring marine heavy metal.

本论文以大连湾、老虎滩、付家庄、凌水湾、旅顺及金州六个区域的近岸海水及牡蛎贝壳为研究对象，应用阳极溶出伏安法对其锌、镉、铅、铜的含量进行分析，旨在通过监测大连近海水域及贝壳重金属含量来研究二者的相关性，探索是否可以利用贝壳替代贝类软组织来指示海域环境的变化情况，从而找到一种更为简便、更为可靠的监测海洋重金属的载体。
