监控系统

The invention relates to distributivity phoneme communication system and network connecting method applied in residential district. It includes management layer, middle layer, and user layer. The management layer includes center monitoring controlling main engine and supervisor used to monitor, control, and supervise the whole system.

可应用于住宅小区的分布式语音通讯系统及网络连接方法，包括管理层、中间层和用户层；管理层，包含中央监控主机和管理机，负责整个系统的监控与管理；中间层，包含门口机，作为管理区域的辅助划分管理单位；用户层，包含用户机，负责与住户的交互。

而本设计的主要特点是基于了数字图像处理技术，目前传统图像报警系统的研究水平是将异物从监控图像中分离出来，然后依据异物面积的大小来判断异物是否有害，它对异物有害的判断十分不准确，这种判断结果的有效性是很值得怀疑的；针对于这些弊端，本课题在数字图像处理技术上的应用是对监控场所进行全景监控，如有异物进入，对异物进行分割、测量，从不同的角度进行了分析和判断，进而决定异物是否有害，若满足场景所规定的有害条件，则启动报警装置，发出报警信息。

本论文介绍了一种全新的变压器测温远传方法-离散法，它摒弃了传统的将变压器温度信号以遥测量的方式上传、显示的思路，而是充分发掘现有调度监控自动化系统的潜在能力，将现场变压器温度信号通过自制的温度变换器，转换成与变压器温度对应的离散量，通过RTU遥信信号远传到调度监控端，在调度端利用监控软件相应的公式再反演为温度量。

The system can obtain the real-time image of the monitored scene.
