Methods 56wistar rats were divided into three experiment groups and one control group to analyze rats'weight,WBC counting and kinds,blood biological chemistry,action of neurology index and the residues of CL in mus-cle and liver.Results The residues of CL had no obviously changed in WBC counting,kinds and action of neurology index,but had effect on rats'weight which could change coefficient of hepato,kindy.

56只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组和低、中、高剂量组，分别灌胃蒸馏水和不同浓度的盐酸克伦特罗连续30d，测定各组大鼠体重变化、白细胞计数及分类、血液生化和神经行为学指标改变，观察主要脏器的病理改变，以及肌肉和肝脏中&瘦肉精&的残留量。

Theresults showed that the proper time of hydrolysis was during 15 and 18 hour under the concentration of Hydrochloric acid 2mol/L.

结果表明：采用2mol/L的盐酸水解，水解的适当时间为15～18h，水解度可达到67.99%；脱色的最佳条件为：50℃条件下，pH值为3的体系中，0.25g/ml的活性炭用量吸附4h，在此条件下获得的脱色率为55.95%，氨基酸的损失率只有4.6%。

Experimental results show that the concentration of hydrochloric acid 4mol / L, sucrose concentration of 50g / L, reaction time 5min, microwave power of 70% can be achieved under conditions of maximum acid production rate 52.4%.

实验结果表明，在盐酸浓度为4mol/L，蔗糖浓度为50g/L，反应时间5min，微波功率为70%的条件下可以达到乙酰丙酸的最大产率52.4%。
