To investigate the function of STT3a gene in salt adaptation and flagellar regeneration of Dunaliella salina, a pair of degenerate primers was designed according to conserved homologous amino acid sequences of VCVFTA and DVDYVL of STT3a from Chlamydomonas, Arabidopsis thaliana and other organisms. A cDNA sequence of 1 650 bp encoding a whole functional domain of STT3a was amplified from D.

为了研究STT3a基因在杜氏盐藻耐盐及鞭毛再生方面的作用，根据衣藻、拟南芥等STT3a蛋白的氨基酸高度保守序列VCVFTA、DVDYVL设计一对简并引物，采用RT-PCR及3'RACE的方法扩增杜氏盐藻STT3a蛋白功能结构域的cDNA序列。

One route was that the amino-groups on the silica gel were transformed to tertiary amines by Eschweiler-clarke reaction that amine-groups react with formaldehyde and methanoic acid to prepare tertiary amines; the silica gel intermediates with tertiary amine groups reacted with chorohydrocarbons to prepare insoluble silica gel quaternary ammonium salt bactericides. Another route was that the amino-groups on the silica gel reacted with excessive chlorohexadecane; the preparing intermediates were quaternized with iodomethane to obtain insoluble silica gel quaternary ammonium salt bactericides.

一条路线是根据埃施韦勒-克拉克(Eschweiler-clarke)胺甲基化反应，进行胺基叔胺化反应，制成带有叔胺官能团的硅胶中间体，此中间体上的叔胺与卤代烷反应生成杀菌活性官能团季铵盐，制成硅胶类水不溶性季铵盐杀菌剂；另一条路线是带有胺反应活性中心的硅胶与过量正氯代十六烷反应，得到的中间体再用碘甲烷季铵化，得到最终产品——水不溶性季铵盐杀菌剂。

The result showed that the photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll-a content and chlorophyll-b content decreased significantly with the increase of salinity concentration and the prolongation of stress time, while the stomatic conductance and intercelluar CO2 content decreased early and then increased.

This paper has made further studies on the synergistic interaction and stability of salt tolerance between xanthan gum and other common food gums. It turns out that there is no synergistic interaction between xanthan gum and hydroxypropyl starch , CMC-Na. Xanthan gum and guar gum ,locust bean gum ,konjak flour have great synergistic interaction. If two or three of them mix with proper proportion, the stability of salt tolerance will greatly improve and the consumption is less than any other simple gum, further more, the cost will decrease a lot. So the complex thickeners have a obvious superiority and wide utilization in high salty food.

以黄原胶、羟丙基淀粉、CMC-Na、瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、魔芋精粉等为主要研究对象，系统地研究了黄原胶与其它食品胶2种或3种之间的协同增效作用及其耐盐稳定性研究结果表明黄原胶与羟丙基淀粉、CMC-Na复配无协同增效作用，黄原胶与刺槐豆胶、魔芋精粉、瓜尔豆胶有良好的协同增效作用，两者或三者按适当比例配合后，耐盐稳定性显著提高，用量比任一单一胶少，而且使用成本大幅度降低，因此复配食品胶在高盐食品中使用具有明显的优越性和广阔的应用前景

The results showed that hypergravity decreased Gr and Gi of wheat seeds in sour degree, but which can increase Gr and Gi of wheat seeds in salt stress. CAT activity and MDA content of wheat seedlings treated with hypergavity are better than that with 0.4% salt stress.
