The problems of the water treatment system in heating and power plants, the salinity variation of the underground water in recent years in the corparation and the development trends of dechloridation technique inside and outside our homeland are analysed in this paper, two kinds of rebuilt technical patterns: reverse osmose technique and double chamber-layer floating bed technique.
