Blood samples from 23 Huacaya alpacas ,3 males and 20 females ,were used to study chromosome karyotype ,so as to provide some effective cytogenetics basis for the selectioiymprovement by crossing and disease diagnosis of alpacas ,and genetic mechanisms of sex determination. Peripheral blood lymphocyte culture was used to prepare chromosome. Methods of trypsase-EDTA and BSG (Barium hydroxide / Saline / Giemsa)were used for G-banding and C-banding respectively . The results showed as follows:Firstly , the number of diploid chromosomes was in the alpacas 2n=74,with the karyotype 74, XY and 74, XX for males and females respectively.
为了从选种、杂交改良、疾病诊断以及性别决定的遗传机制等方面为羊驼的繁育与推广提供更为有效的细胞遗传学资料,本试验采用外周血淋巴细胞培养法制备染色体,分析了23只胡阿基亚型羊驼(Huacaya alpaca,雌20只,雄3只)的染色体及其核型,并通过BSG法(Barium hydroxide/Saline/Giemsa,氢氧化钡-盐溶液-吉姆萨,也即Sumner BSG法)与胰酶-EDTA法分别对羊驼的C-分带和G-分带进行分析,结果表明:(1)羊驼二倍体染色体数目为2n=74,雄性羊驼核型为74,XY;雌性羊驼核型为74,XX。

The drying process of chrome liquor was studied. The structure and property of chrome complex reducing by alcohol were analysed and tokened by many present well-rounded separation and analysis methods such as IR, UV-Vis Spectrum, IEC and pH potentiometry. Application tests of chrome tanning agents were conducted and tanning methods of tanning at high pH were studied. A systematic study was conducted on high alkalinity chrome tanning agents application in leather making process and possibility of clean chrome tanning was discussed.
本文系统地研究了多种小分子醇与重铬酸盐之间的氧化-还原反应,对反应过程进行了认真的剖析;对铬鞣液的干燥过程进行了研究;用红外光谱法、紫外及可见分光光度法、离子色谱法以及pH电位滴定法等多种比较成熟的现代分离分析方法相结合,对醇还原铬配合物的结构与性能进行了分析与表征;对铬鞣剂的鞣革性能进行了应用实验,研究了醇铬鞣剂在高pH值下的鞣制方法,并就高碱度铬鞣剂在制革过程中的应用进行了系统研究,探讨了用其实施清洁化铬鞣的可能性。

The microstructures and phases of the alloys were analyzed by OM, SEM and XRD; the erosion resistance of the alloys prepared by different processing were measured under the conditions of simulated-brine and salt atmosphere, besides the various corrosive rates were calculated by the method of weight lost; the lows of corrosion were analyzed by the electrochemical polarization curve, and the corrosive current was measured through the method of Tafel linear extrapolation.

The preparation of novel titanium tanning agent, factors affecting titanium tannage, titannium tannage mechanism and titanium combining tannage were studied.

The factors affect on the degree of substitution of product, yield and apparent viscosity, such as the mol rates of EPTAC with -NH2, reaction temperature, reaction time and the content of water in system have been discussed in detail. FTIR spectrometer and UV spectrometer are used to characterize the structure of the derivative and it is proved that substitution reaction mainly occurs on the -N element .The particle size and morphology of chitosan and quantemary ammonium salt of chitosan are analysised by comparing photos of their scanning electron microscope. The degree of substitution of HACC is determined by acid -base conductometric titration. An error in current formula of DS has pointed out and a correct formula has presented.On the base of experience of above experiment, the reaction conditions of HACC were systematically investigated through orthogonal design, and then the best conditions are found. Water-solubility and dependence of pH are studied.
