The effects and mechanisms of atmospheric CO2 enrichment and temperature rise on water and nutrient use in wheat were studied in this thesis using the chamber pot experiment and open top experiment.

本研究通过人工气候室盆栽试验和开顶式试验研究了大气CO_2浓度升高对小麦水分养分利用的效应和机制。CO_2浓度升高盆栽试验设350和700μmol mol~(-1)2种CO_2浓度水平，湿润、干旱2种土壤水分处理和0、50、100、150、200mg kg~(-1)5种N肥施用水平。

The results in pot experiments showed that the leaf of caster oil plant, wheat chaff, the leaf of chinaberry and peanut cake have a significant control effect on root-knot nematode, reaching 70.44%、68.17%、56.09% and 54.92%, respectively. The similar results in plot experment were observed. The control effect of wheat chaff, chinaberry leaf, caster oil plant leaf and rapeseed cake was 71.55%、 69.99%、 63.14% and 62.19%, respectively.

盆栽试验结果表明：蓖麻叶、麦糠、楝叶和花生饼粕对黄瓜根结线虫病防治效果较好，分别达到70.44％、68.17％、56.09％、54.92％；田间小区的试验结果与盆栽试验结果基本一致，防效较好的有麦糠、楝叶、蓖麻叶和菜籽饼粕4个处理，防效分别达到71.55％、69.99％、63.14％和62.19％。

As far as free proline content was concerned, that of EI plants was less than EF plants due to higher water-holding ability of EI plants (such as in field plot and field pot sustained drought stress), or due to less damage of membrane of EI plants (such as field pot cyclic drought stress and greenhouse osmotic stress).

结果］喷施3 mg/L的磷酸二氢钾可促进亚丽桑那组培苗提早开花；3 mg/L磷酸二氢钾＋20 mg/L 6-苄基嘌呤的处理效果最好，花芽分化早、多，成花率高达90%，花枝长且粗壮；当6-苄基嘌呤浓度为40 mg/L时，亚丽桑那盆栽苗生长受抑制；6-苄基嘌呤对亚丽桑那盆栽苗的叶片黄化有一定的抑制作用。
