Objective To explore the effect of glucocorticoid on disbalance of the Th 1/Th 2 cytokines to investigate the mechanism of treatment of breathing in glucocorticoid in asthmatic patients.

目的 为了解糖皮质激素对哮喘患者Th1 /Th2 类细胞因子水平失衡的影响，探讨吸入糖皮质激素治疗哮喘的机制。

Univariate analysis revealed that a high incidence of early epileptic seizures after intracerebral hemorrhage ocurred in patients with cortical hemorrhage, the medical history of intracerebral hemorrhage, electrolyte disbalance. Logistic regression analysis revealed that the position of hemorrhage and times of hemorrhage and electrolytic states were positively correlated with the incidence of early epileptic seizures after intracerebral hemorrhage. The cortical hemorrhage was the independent risk factor for the early epileptic seizures after intracerebral hemorrhage.

单因素分析显示，皮质出血、再发脑出血、电解质紊乱者易发生脑出血后早发性癫痫发作；Logistic回归分析显示，出血部位、出血次数和电解质情况与脑出血后早发性癫痫发作的发生有关，其中皮质出血为与脑出血后早发性癫痫发作有关的独立危险因素。

Twenty - three patients underwent ictus therapy of corticosteroids for (8±4) days. The extenuation time of corticosteroid' dosage was (33 ±26) mg /d. Of the 40 patients, 36 were IgG positive with an average A value of (0.91±0. 24) and 4 patients were IgG negative. Twelve patients ( 30%) were with type I avascular necrosis of femoral head, including 3 cases with unilateral left - necrosis and 9 cases of bilateral necrosis. The other 28 patients were without necrosis.

结果全疗程使用的糖皮质激素总量平均为4949 mg±2959 mg，糖皮质激素应用天数平均为24 d±5 d，其应用天数主要集中在16-30 d，使用冲击疗法的病例有23例，其持续天数平均为8 d±4 d，减药速度平均为33 mg/d±26 mg/d.40例患者中，血清抗体IgG测定阴性4例，阳性36例，其吸光度值平均为0.91±0.24。

In this case, we tried to use the alveolar bone splitting technique with the Piezosurgery, and the incison line was put in the alveolar ridge as lingually as possible that the integrity of the cortical plate of the alveolar ridge is reserved in the buccal side.
