Background: Inhaled corticosteroid has played an important role in the management of asthma.

背景：吸入糖皮质激素治疗在哮喘治疗中具有重要作用。

Methods Forty cases with acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into two groups,treated with nebulized budesonide suspension or systemic glucocorticoids.

40例COPD急性加重期患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各20例，分别给予布地奈德混悬液及全身性应用糖皮质激素。

Results The two groups had no significant differences on decompensation,pulmonary function and blood gas in the course.The treatment group with nebulized budesonide has fewer side-effects than that in the control group with systemic glucocorticoids.

结果 治疗组和对照组治疗前后的呼吸困难、肺功能、动脉血气变化均差异无显著性，雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗组的副作用明显少于全身应用糖皮质激素的对照组。

Many literature reported that big dosage vitamine B family ,ATP,bendazol,securinine and some Chinese traditional medicine preparations can cure OPIDN ,however, the curative effect is not reliable.lt is urgent to find one safe and effective medcine to cure OPIDN,though it is believed that the glucocorticoid can quicken up the recovery of OPIDN,it has many side-effects and tabus.

以往许多文献报告0PIDN选用大剂量B族维生素、ATP、地巴唑、硝酸一叶秋碱治疗以及一些中药制剂，但疗效不确切。目前普遍认为糖皮质激素可以加速0PIDN的恢复，但副作用大，禁忌症较多，因此寻找一种安全有效的治疗药物迫在眉睫。
