皮质激素

Addison's disease, also known as hypoadrenocorticism, is a reduction of production of glucocorticoids and mineralocorticoids by the adrenal glands.

阿狄森氏病，又名肾上腺皮质功能减退，是肾上腺分泌的糖皮质激素和盐皮质激素减少。

DATA SYNTHESIS:① Under high altitude, the body would generate stress reaction to hypoxia, that is the adaptive action of hypothalamus-adenohypophyseal-adrenal cortical axis, and the increase in the concentration of adrenocorticotrophic hormone to regulate the adaptability of body to stress stimulation, moreover, to induce the increase in releasing factor secretion.

资料综合：①高海拔状态下机体对低氧产生应激反应，表现为下丘脑―垂体―肾上腺皮质轴的适应性运转，血中促肾上腺皮质激素浓度增加，以调节机体对应激刺激的适应能力，同时使促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子分泌增加。

To evaluate the effect of cold stress on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal HPA axis in chic-kens,15-day-old male Isa chickens were subjected to acute(for 15min,1h,3h,6h,12h and 24h,respectively) and chronic(for 5d,10d and 20d,respectively) cold stress at 12℃±1℃.The level of expression of corticotropin releasing hormone mRNA in hypothalami and the contents of adrenocorticotrophic hormone,aldosterone and cortisol in serum of the chickens were detected.

为探明冷应激对雏鸡下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴的影响，对15日龄公雏鸡进行了急性(15min、1h、3h、6h、12h和24h)与慢性(5d、10d和20d)冷应激处理(12℃±1℃)，检测了雏鸡下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素mRNA的表达水平及血清促肾上腺皮质激素、醛固酮及皮质醇的含量。

The influencing factors of femoral necrosis included the degree of healing activity, the dosage summation of corticosteroids, and length of ictus therapy. The influencing factors of bone density included age, dosage summation, and length of ictus therapy. The influencing factors of the bone fabric and flexibility included the use and length of ictus therapy. Statistics showed that serum IgG was not related with avascular necrosis of femoral head and osteoporosis.

股骨头缺血性坏死的影响因素有后期活动量、糖皮质激素总量和糖皮质激素冲击疗法的持续天数；骨密度的影响因素有年龄、冲击疗法和糖皮质激素总量；骨结构和骨弹性的影响因素有冲击疗法、冲击疗法持续的天数；血清抗体IgG与患者康复期股骨头缺血性坏死、骨质疏松在统计学上无联系。

Results: 1.Empirical study: The changes of learning and memory performances and hippocampal morphology were related to ageing. Both short-term and long-term administration of excessive glucocorticoids induced the decrease of learning and memory performances and hippocampal neurodegeneration. Adrenalectomy operated during both infancy and senectitude inhibited the hippocampal structure and function.

结果：1、实验研究：动物学习记忆能力及海马的形态与增龄密切相关，短期、长期给予过量糖皮质激素可造成海马退行性改变和学习记忆功能的降低，幼年期糖皮质激素剥夺可影响动物神经发育和功能，老年期长期糖皮质激素剥夺可加重动物海马退行性病变和学习记忆能力下降。

研究对象为服用糖皮质激素的成年男性和绝经前女性哮喘患者。资料选择：选取试验包括吸入糖皮质激素治疗组和对照组的骨密度、骨代谢变化比较的相关文献，进行初审，删除明显不随机临床试验的研究，然后查找余下的文献全文，进一步判断是否为 RCT。纳入标准：① RCT，无论是否为单盲、双盲或非盲法；②平行对照组，即未使用激素的哮喘患者或健康对照；治疗组为吸入激素的哮喘患者。
