Material and MethodsRA Rabbit Model group: 15 early RA rabbits of the same weight and variety Control group:10 normal rabbits of the same weight and varietyMethods of making RA rabbit model:elect 15 normal rabbits of the same weight and variety, dissolve Ovalbumin in 0.9% sodium chloride solution, to make the solution of 20mg/ml concengtration, blend the same quantity of complete Freund′s Adjuvant equably ,inject the mixed solution into endermic tissue of the rabbit′s scapular section, making the rabbits allergic, inject 1 ml of the mixed solution to one rabbit every time, inject 1 ml of the mixed solution in 5 different places of the rabbit′s scapular section, inject the rabbit one time every week,inject 3 weeks continuously,it turned out to be that the rabbits will be allergic, inject Ovalbumin blent with the 0.9% sodium chloride solution into the knee joint cavity of the rabbits in the fourth week, 5 mg Ovalbumin every knee joint cavity,two knees of every rabbit of the 15 rabbits are both injected,the arthrosis diameter and the exterior temperature of the knees will be added obviously in 24 hours,and they will drop gradually,at the time of the 14th or 21th day, the arthrosis diameter and the exterior temperature of the knees will get to the balance time,the incidence rate of RA is 100%.after the RA model succeeds,it is the early time of RA from the first week to the fourth week,after the fourth week,it is the late time of RA, the cartilage of the femoral condyle and the subchondral bone cortices will be changed unrecoverily.

资料与方法RA模型组：早期RA家兔模型15只，品种及体重接近。对照组：正常家兔10只，品种及体重接近。RA家兔模型制作方法：选取15只成年家兔，体重、品种接近，将卵蛋白溶解于生理盐水，配成浓度为20mg/ml的溶液，与等量完全弗氏佐剂混匀，注入家兔肩胛区皮下致敏，每只家兔每次注射1ml，于肩胛区5个不同区域注射，每周一次，连续注射3周而致敏，第4周向膝关节腔注射卵蛋白生理盐水溶液，每只关节腔注射5mg卵蛋白，15只家兔膝关节全部注射，24h内此关节直径和表面温度大幅度上升，以后缓慢下降，至14～21d达到平台期，发病率达100%。造模成功后第1～4周为早期改变，第4周以后出现不可逆的关节软骨及骨破坏。采用高频超声对RA模型组与对照组的膝关节髌上囊液体厚度、滑膜及股骨髁软骨厚度及软骨下骨皮质的回声情况进行对比观察。结果RA组模型组膝关节髌上囊积液及滑膜的厚度明显厚于对照组，其股骨髁软骨的厚度与对照组相比无明显差异，其软骨下骨皮质与对照组相比无明显改变。

Histological structures of bursas of Fabricius were observed at the different developmental stages from chicken embryoes to chickens. The results were as follows. The bursa of Fabricius began to develop on the 13th day of post-hatching and its cell aggregated into the nodosity clique underneath the epithelium mucosae. On the 15th day of post-hatching, those cell cliques were surrounded by the flat epithelium and formed the basic structure of folliculus lymphaticus. The number of lymphocytes in the folliculus lymphaticus increased gradually, and the medulla and cortex of a majority of folliculus were not discriminated obviously. Until on the 7th day for chickens, the medulla and cortex of folliculus formed completely and the number of folliculus increased significantly. From 21 to 35 days old, the folliculus lymphaticus transformed from polygon into rectangle. Mucosa epithelial cells increased gradually and their cytoblasts arranged compactly into aline in the basilar part on the 35th day.

本研究观察了从鸡胚到出壳后的不同生长发育阶段法氏囊的组织结构，结果表明：胚胎13日龄时，法氏囊开始发育，粘膜上皮下形成结节状细胞集团；胚胎15日龄，聚集的细胞集团形成初始的淋巴滤泡；胚胎18日龄到出壳后1日龄，滤泡内淋巴细胞数量增多，多数滤泡髓质和皮质界限仍不明显；7日龄雏鸡法氏囊髓质皮质分界清晰，滤泡数量显著增多；21日龄到35日龄，滤泡由多边形逐渐转变成长方形；在35日龄时，粘膜上皮细胞逐渐增多，排列紧密，细胞核紧密排列成直线位于基底部。

The results suggest that drug synovectomy may be one mechanism about intra-articular corticosteroid therapy in TMD, and this therapy could lead to progressive degradation and destruction of the articular cartilage.

近年来随着水通道蛋白概念的提出和眼内不同组织特异性水通道蛋白(aquaporin，AQPs)的检出，有学者认为，小梁细胞AQP1的表达可能为皮质类固醇激素引起眼压升高机制的研究带来新的突破，也有学者推测，眼局部或全身使用皮质类固醇激素可能使小梁细胞出现AQP1的异常表达和结构改变，致使房水转导功能下降，眼压升高。

Results After suppression of1mg dexamethasone,the plasma cortisol of all patients with Cushing's syndrome were more than1.8μg/dl,and94.6%patients'more than5μg/dl.Several kinds of diagnostic standards were good when used for2mg dexamethasone suppression test in Cushing's syndrome,a-mong them,the standard for urine free cortisol after suppression should be adjusted to50%of the contrast and the as-sayed data should in normal limits.Low dose dexamethasone suppression tests were not satisfied when used among the patients with some situations needed to differentiate with Cushing's syndrome.Suppressed by8mg dexamethasone could direct the diagnose of Cushing's disease（97.0%）,though17.7%of this kind of patients could not be sup-pressed;it was not suppressed in other etiological diseases（93.4%）Conclusion The results of dexamethasone sup-pression tests were match the clinical examination.

结果 所有库欣综合征病人在1mg地塞米松抑制后血皮质醇大于1.8μg/dl，94.6%的病人大于5μg/dl；2mg地塞米松抑制后多种诊断标准在库欣综合征病人中均较好，其中尿游离皮质醇抑制后诊断标准应调整为对照值的50%并在正常范围内；小剂量地塞米松抑制试验对类库欣情况鉴别均较差；8mg地塞米松试验能抑制的病人基本可诊断为库欣病（准确性97.0%），但有17.7%的病人不抑制，其他病因的库欣综合征基本不抑制（准确性93.4%）。
