Methods Twenty Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups: a normal control group and a DN model group. We determined the 24 h proteinuria and other biochemic indexes, measured the ultrastructures of podocytes with electronic microscope, and detected the expression of nephrin and podocin with immunohistochemical technique and RT-PCR at the 4th and 8th weeks.

将20只大鼠随机分为正常对照组和糖尿病肾病大鼠模型组，于第4， 8周检测24h尿蛋白量等生化指标、用免疫组织化学和RT-PCR方法检测肾皮质nephrin， podocin蛋白及mRNA 表达，用透射电镜检测足细胞超微结构变化。

Results It was found that the incidence of Blastomyces albicans infection tended to decline and the proportion of non-Blastomyces albicans infection tended to rise. The higher incidence was associated with advanced age, coexistence of basic diseases and the use of antibiotics, glucocorticoids, etc.

结果 白色念珠菌感染呈下降趋势，而非白色念珠菌比例升高；高龄、存在基础疾病以及应用抗生素、糖皮质激素等患者下呼吸道真菌感染发生率高。

The results are compared and analyzed.Results Among the 244 patients' bronchial provocation test results,160 are positive （65.57%）,77 are negative （31.56%） and 7 are suspected positive （2.87%）.The 160 positive patients are treated with glucocorticoid and bronchodilatation,and the symptoms are relieved.

结果 244例患者支气管激发试验阳性160例（65.57%），阴性77例（31.56%），可疑阳性7例（2.87%）。160例支气管激发试验阳性患者按支气管哮喘予吸入糖皮质激素及支气管舒张剂治疗，症状缓解。

Results Bugan Yangsui formula could improve the impairment of learning and memory in spontaneous aged dementia mice, and it could significantly improve the RNA metabolism of cerebral cortex neurons as well as enhance the content of Nissl bodies in a dose-dependent manner.

结果：补肝养髓方能显著改善自发老年性痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆障碍，并明显增高大脑皮质锥体细胞的 RNA 和 Nissl 体含量，而且其作用呈现出一定的量效关系。
