Methods: The author chose randomly sixty healthy children as the control group and one hundred and sixty children with asthma in acute period before ICS therapy as the experimental group. The experimental group were treated with ICS therapy and then eighty-nine children of this group were followed up for 3 months ,sixty-eight for 6 months and sixty for 12 months. The ICS in the study was budesonide with the trade name as Pulmicort. We adopted swab from the pharynges respectively, inoculated it in agar plate, isolated the bacteria, and evaluated the distribution and variation of the microbial population in pharyngeal portion.

方法随机选择健康儿童60例和支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿160例采取其口咽拭子，并于哮喘患儿在吸入型糖皮质激素(布地奈德，商品名普米克)治疗后分别随访3个月(89例)、6个月(68例)、12个月(60例)分别采取其口咽拭子，接种于琼脂平板，分离细菌，按程序鉴定，观察其咽部菌群的分布及其演变。

On the normotensive rat, pretreatment with verapamil (0.25 ug/0.1 ul/site), the blocker of calcium channels, by microinjection into the rVLM bilaterally, not only caused a complete block effect on the elevation of BP, HR and the pressor response to defense stimulation by the subsequent microinjection of physostigmine, glucocorticoid or mineralocorticoid (the same dosage as mentioned above) into the same sites, but also led to a slight reduction on the basal cardiovascular activities to a certain extent.

RESULTS:After pinealectomized mice was irradiated WBI with 75 mGy X-rays,we found levels of plasma corticosterone increased obviously,and the effects of the proliferative reaction of splenocytes to ConA and spontaneous proliferation of thymocytes was found to be decrease.
