The screw entry point was located at the tip of transverse process. The average inclination angle should be 10°-20° headward and 30°-40° toward neutral line respectively. The screw was inserted and entered into the vertebral body along the external cortex of pedicle. The integrity of cortical bone around screws, the distance to segmental blood vessels and the penetration of cortex were observed after operation to evaluate the accuracy and safety of screw placement. Among 160 thoracic pedicle screws that were implanted in 34 cases, 148 screws (92.5%) were accurately inserted inside the costotransverse unit, and 12 screws (7.5%) were misplaced according to the image of X-ray and CT thin-slice scan.

应用椎弓根外内固定技术2004/2007年在中山大学附属第三医院骨科治疗34例患者，固定前采用CT加密扫描测量进钉点、进钉点至椎体前缘的深度、进钉角度和直径，固定中椎弓根钉入点为横突尖，进钉方向为平均向头侧倾斜10°~ 20°、与中线成角30°~40°，顺椎弓根外侧皮质进入椎体，固定后CT加密扫描观察螺钉周围的皮质骨是否完整、是否靠近节段血管、是否穿透皮质骨，评价置入钉的准确性和安全性。34例患者共置入160枚胸椎椎弓根螺钉，固定后CT加密扫描和X射线片观察到148枚(92.5%)螺钉置入准确，12枚(7.5%)螺钉发生错置。

Method］twelve cases with extremities invasion bone tumor were reviewed,including 6 male and 6 female.the average age was 37.1 years old.according to the mri,typeⅰtumor located in metaphysic and growth eccentricity,and was treated with outside tumor osteotomy with reservation of one side as integumentale,the cut line was shape of "匚".type ⅱ tumor was with invasion part articular surface,and was operated with part joint osteotomy with reservation of one side as integumentale,the cut line was shape of"l".type ⅲ was with invasion total joint surface and as integmentale,all tumor segment including joint could be cut,but the shape of cut close to the diaphysis was echelonment.

方法］12例侵袭性骨肿瘤患者男6例，女6例；平均年龄37.1岁。根据mri表现选择不同截骨方法，ⅰ型肿瘤位于干骺端偏心性生长，采用保留一侧皮质骨的肿瘤外截骨，截骨线呈&匚&形。ⅱ型病例肿瘤侵蚀部分关节面，采用保留一侧皮质的部分关节截骨，截骨线呈&l&形。ⅲ型病例肿瘤侵蚀整个关节面和骨皮质，可切除包括关节在内的整个瘤段骨，只是近骨干侧截骨呈阶梯状。

These findings were consistent with the results of E20 cerebral cortex. iNOS was detected in E14 brain and There were no evidence changes of expression of iNOS in the encephalocoele group compared with the control group.

在Western blot分析中，发现与对照组比较，E14脑膨出组胎鼠大脑皮质中nNOS蛋白表达明显减少，eNOS蛋白表达水平明显增加，与E20结果相一致；在E14胎鼠大脑皮质中检测到iNOS蛋白微量表达，但脑膨出组与对照组比较无明显差异，E20胎鼠大脑皮质中未检测到iNOS表达。

And there were no evidence changes in histopathologic analysis of brain tissues in other ETU-injected and in control rat embryos. 2. 二、应用细胞凋亡原位检测法检测不同组E20胎鼠大脑皮质中细胞凋亡情况 E20胎鼠大脑皮质中Tunel阳性细胞数目在正常组、给药无畸形组及脊柱裂组细胞凋亡数无明显改变，而在脑膨出组胎鼠大脑皮质细胞凋亡数明显多于对照组，计算凋亡细胞百分率，然后用X~2检验进行分析，脑膨出组和对照组的细胞凋亡指数差异有统计学意义(P.05)。

The results showed that , the ratio of thickness of the renal cortex to the medulla in Felis bieti is 1∶2.35, the ratio of the number of the proximal tubule to the distal convoluted tubule in the cortical labyrinth in Felis bieti is 2.26∶1, the density of the renal capsule in the cortex deep layer is bigger than that of the shallow layer, the number of the thin segment is high both in the medulla and medullary ray.

结果显示：荒漠猫肾脏皮质与髓质的厚度比为1∶2.35，皮质迷路内近曲小管与远曲小管的断面数量比为2.26∶1，皮质中肾小体的分布密度近髓大于浅表，髓放线和髓质中细段分布较多。

From 2004 to 2007, 34 cases were treated with extrapedicular screw fixation in Department of Orthopaedics, Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.
