The immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the distribution and location of ephrin-A5, and the change of expression was detected at 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation.RESULTS: The results of immunohistochemistry showed that ephrin-A5 distributed in the region of V2MM, V2ML, V2L, Au1, AuV in damaged cerebral cortex, and located in the body of neuron, cytodendrite, and somewhat in axon.

结果： 免疫组化结果显示：大脑中动脉皮层支梗塞后ephrin-A5主要表达于梗死灶侧皮层的V2MM、V2ML（第二视皮质内侧外区、V2L、Au1、AuV，分布在神经元胞体、树突中，轴突亦有少量分布。

Results PACNS commonly occured in young and middli-aged adult and with acute or subacute onset. The clinical manifestations were mainly including headache, decrudescence of cortical functions, focal neurological deficits and seizures. 结果 PACNS好发于中青年，呈急性或亚急性起病，临床表现以头痛、大脑皮质功能减退、局灶性神经功能缺损及癫疒间样发作为主；头颅MRI示病灶处呈长T1、长T2改变，多有强化；脑组织病理检查示软脑膜血管炎性改变。

Mehtods Thirty male SpragueDawley rats were randomly divided into acute stress,chronic stress and control group(each n=10),acute and chronic stress models were made with forced swimming and empty bottle stimulation separately,and frequency of getting into central grille, detention time , outer grille numbers,modifying numbers and dejecture grain number were observed with openfield experimental box;expressions of neuropeptide Y and adenylcyclase in prefrontal lobe cortex, hippocampus CA3,striatum of the groups were observed using the immunohistochemistry method and correlation analyses conducted.
