To evaluate the effect of cold stress on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal HPA axis in chic-kens,15-day-old male Isa chickens were subjected to acute(for 15min,1h,3h,6h,12h and 24h,respectively) and chronic(for 5d,10d and 20d,respectively) cold stress at 12℃±1℃.The level of expression of corticotropin releasing hormone mRNA in hypothalami and the contents of adrenocorticotrophic hormone,aldosterone and cortisol in serum of the chickens were detected.

为探明冷应激对雏鸡下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴的影响，对15日龄公雏鸡进行了急性(15min、1h、3h、6h、12h和24h)与慢性(5d、10d和20d)冷应激处理(12℃±1℃)，检测了雏鸡下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素mRNA的表达水平及血清促肾上腺皮质激素、醛固酮及皮质醇的含量。

Comparison the in vivo activity of 90％EtOH fraction and compound 21 with estradiol, indicated the 90％EtOH fraction behaved the stronger activity on total mineral content, total density, trabecular mineral content, trabecular density and the anti-twist strength of the proximal tibia in OVX rat than estradiol, but compound 21 displayed the weaker activity on total mineral content, total mineral density, trabecular mineral density, cortical mineral content, cortical mineral density, cortical thickness and the anti-twist strength of the proximal tibia than estradiol.

通过90％乙醇部位及化合物21都与阳性对照药雌二醇的纵向比较后，在大鼠OVX模型中，90％乙醇部位高剂量组在提高全骨的骨矿含量和骨密度、松质骨的骨矿含量和骨密度及骨的抗扭力方面，作用强于阳性对照组雌激素类化合物，化合物21在小鼠OVX模型中，抑制了全骨的骨矿含量、骨密度和全骨断面面积的降低，松质骨骨密度的降低，皮质骨的外膜周长的增长，皮质骨骨矿含量量、皮质骨厚度和皮质骨密度的下降及抗扭力的减弱。

结果：I组术中各时点皮质醇水平高于正常值，Ⅱ组插管时皮质醇水平高于正常值，Ⅲ组各时点皮质醇水平在正常值范围内；Ⅱ、Ⅲ组皮质醇水平随给药时间延长而下降；所有患者术后第1天晨皮质醇恢复正常。

The cortisol of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were degressive with the time. The level of cortisol in all the patients recovered in the first morning of post-operation. In group Ⅰ, the level of blood glucose increased at the times of intubations, and glucose-tolerance-test shows abnormal.

结果 Ⅰ组术中各时点皮质醇水平高于正常值，Ⅱ组插管时皮质醇水平高于正常值，Ⅲ组各时点皮质醇水平在正常值范围内；Ⅱ、Ⅲ组皮质醇水平随给药时间延长而下降；所有患者术后第1日晨皮质醇恢复正常。

Methods: Five cases with adrenal gland sex characteristics abnormality enrolled in this article, including one congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia which was proved by clinical study, two adrenocortical adenomas and two adrenocortical careinomas with histopathological confirmation. All five cases underwent CT examination and one adrenocortical adenomas also underwent MRI examination.

5例肾上腺性征异常病变中，先天性肾上腺皮质增生1例，皮质腺瘤和皮质癌各2例，除1例先天性肾上腺皮质增生外，余4例均经手术和病理证实。5例均进行了CT检查，其中1例皮质腺瘤还进行了MRI检查。

The expression of NSE was detected in cortex of adrenal cortical hyperplasia, cortical adenomas and pheochromoeyte carcinoma, hut not in that of pheochromocytoma and normal adrenal. The expression of SYN was detected in cortex of corticohyperplassia, cortical adenomas, medull neoplasm, chromophile tumor and pheochromocyte carcinoma, but not in that of cortical adenocarcinoma and normal adrenal. The expressions of CgA, NSE and SIN were detected in the medulla of all cases. Conclusion The characteristic of CgA, SYN and NSE in cortex and medulla of adrenal are useful in the differential diagnosis of tumor and hyperplasia in the adrenal.

结果 肾上腺皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中均可见CgA染色阳性细胞，皮质增生、髓质增生和正常肾上腺病例皮质CgA染色阴性；肾上腺皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、髓质增生和嗜铬细胞癌NSE染色呈阳性，嗜铬细胞瘤和正常肾上腺皮质NSE染色呈阴性；皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、髓质增生、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中SYN染色呈阳性，皮质腺癌和正常肾上腺皮质SYN染色呈阴性；所有病例髓质CgA、NSE和SYN染色均呈强阳性。

Methods: Forty-four specimens of renal tissues were harvested from urolithic patients,control tissues were harvested from non-urolithic patients (6 specimens) and renal tumorpatients performing nephrectomy (21 specimens). Immunohistochemical technique wasestablished to study the location of VKORC1 in renal tissues. Western blot technique wasused to detect the differential expression of VKORC1 protein in renal tissues.

方法收集肾脏皮质组织标本71例，其中草酸钙结石组44例，对照组27例(肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄和输尿管结核组6例，皮质厚度小于1.0cm；肾肿瘤皮质组21例，皮质厚度大于1.0cm)，应用免疫组织化学法检测VKORC1在组织中的表达部位，应用免疫印迹蛋白半定量法，检测各组VKORC1蛋白的表达，并分析其表达与肾脏积水及皮质厚度等因素的关系。
