Results: the positive cells mostly included ependymal cells of myelocoele, glial cells, anterior horn motor neurons, and epithelial cells of spinal pia mater and their expressions were mainly located on cell membrane. interestingly, aqp4 distribution in glial cells and ependymal cells showed certain directivity, but the former was mainly in the membrane side contacting with capillary endothelial cells and the latter mostly in the basolateral membrane of ependymal cells.

结果： 免疫组织化学染色和原位杂交结果显示胶质细胞、前角运动神经元、中央管室管膜细胞、软脊膜上皮细胞均表达阳性，aqp4主要分布于细胞膜，其中，胶质细胞和中央管室管膜细胞表达存在极性，前者主要分布在与毛细血管内皮细胞接触的一侧，后者主要分布在中央管室管膜细胞的基底侧膜。

Methods The Wistar rats were used as the experimental animal. On the back of each rat, a skin flap, measuring 1.5 cm×6 cm, caudally based, was elevated. Wound edges and the flap bed were separated from the flap itself by a silicone sheet. The VitC, bFGF, Magnesium sulfate and Papaverine were taken in the areas between flap and sheet. With 8 rats in each group, the drug-taken group was as trial group, while the physiological saline group was as control group. On the seventh day after the flap elevation, flap survival length was measured.

以鼠背部中线为中轴，以两侧髂嵴连线为蒂，形成一个1.5cm×6cm的单蒂皮瓣，其全长自皮肌层下与深筋膜游离，下垫置医用硅膜，硅膜以不露出切口，又起到阻隔真皮血运为宜，以小三角针用3-0丝线先缝合皮瓣两侧切口，然后将上述4种药物加入皮瓣与硅膜之间，再缝合皮瓣的头端将维生素C、bFGF、硫酸镁、罂粟碱分别作为实验组，以生理盐水作为空白对照组，每组8只动物，术后单笼喂养7d，取材并检测皮瓣存活的长度。

PART 2:The molecular mechanisms of Nontypeable Haemophilus influenzae induced inflammatory response in respiratory epithelial cells Objective:Nontypeable Haemophilus influenzaewas traditionally considered as an extracellular pathogen in respiratory infections.In this study,we established a model of infected cells to confirm NTHI was also a facultatively intracellular pathogen.Mitogen activated protein kinasesare the important signal transduction pathway in mediating inflammatory response induced by NTHI in respiratory epithelium.In this study,we elucidate the impact of NTHI,and its SCF and EP on the expression of MAPK and subsequent proinflammatory mediators.

第二部分：NTHI致呼吸道上皮细胞炎症反应的分子机制研究目的：通过建立呼吸道上皮细胞株的体外NTHI感染模型，确认NTHI在细胞内的存活，观察NTHI及其组分(可溶性胞质成分SCF、外膜蛋白EP)对呼吸道上皮细胞MAPK信号传导通路和后续的前炎症因子表达的影响，并应用特异性ERK-MAPK抑制剂U0126、p38 MAPK抑制剂SB203580特异性阻断下游MAPK信号传导通路，观察它们对呼吸道上皮细胞分泌前炎症因子表达的影响。

Methods Forty-five patients with hysteromyoma undergone hysteromyomectomy were randomly assigned to three groups (n=15,each group): group Ⅰ, control group without pre-emptive analgesia; group Ⅱ, the patients were administrated with 0.2 mg·kg-1 ketamine intravenously 30 min before operation; group Ⅲ, 30 mg ketamine was administrated into epidural analgesia 30 min before operation.

45例子宫肌瘤患者均于硬膜外麻醉行全子宫切除术，随机分为3组，即Ⅰ组：对照组，术前不施行超前镇痛；Ⅱ组：切皮前30 min静脉注入氯胺酮0.2 mg·kg-1；Ⅲ组：切皮前30 min将氯胺酮30 mg加入实验剂量(2%利多卡因4或5 mL)中注入硬膜外腔。3组术后均连接Graseby9300镇痛泵行患者自控硬腺外镇痛，镇痛药物为0.2%罗哌卡因加50 mg·L-1吗啡。

Electron microscopic findings were: 1. alveolar type I cells were degenerated、 broken-down and desquamated, endothelial cells were swelled, with inter cellular tight junction shortened, alveolar type II cells hyperplastic, basement membrane thinned and deformed; 2. alveolar macrophages and interstitial macrophages were hyperplastic; 3.mast cells were infiltrated and degranulated; 4.electron-dense deposits were present at alveolar wall; 5. myofibroblasts 、fibroblasts、 collagen and basement membrane like material were hyperplastic.

电镜观察可见：(1)I型肺泡上皮细胞变性、崩解和脱落，内皮细胞肿胀，细胞间紧密连接短小，II型肺泡上皮细胞增生，基底膜变薄和破坏；(2)肺泡巨噬细胞、间质巨噬细胞增多；(3)肥大细胞浸润并见脱颗粒现象；(4)肺泡壁电子致密物沉积；(5)肌纤维母细胞、纤维母细胞、胶原原纤维及基底膜样物质增生。
