METHODS 178 deeply burned hands were treated by eschar excised full thickness skin graft, split skin graft, flap, fasciocutaneous flap, island shape flap.

方法对 178只深度烧伤的手在伤后 2～ 7d采用切削痂全厚皮、中厚皮、皮瓣、筋膜皮瓣、岛状皮瓣移植等方法进行治疗。

研究结果如下：一、三倍体牡蛎鳃上皮细胞核长轴、外套膜与唇瓣结缔组织中血淋巴核径的大小明显大于二倍体（P＜0.001），二倍体牡蛎直肠上皮细胞的高度与三倍体差异不明显（0.05＜P＜O.1）。

According to the size and shape of oocyte, the morphology of nucleolus, the growth of yolk and the structure of follicle, oogenesis of H. d. supertexta can be divided into three stages as follows: oogonium, previtellogenic oocyte and vitellogenic oocyte. The ovary wall is composed of tunica adventitia and germinal epithelium which will produce oogonia and follicle cells. The follicle is the structure unit of ovary.

根据卵细胞的大小、形状，核仁的形态，卵黄颗粒的积累情况，滤泡的结构等，将九孔鲍卵子的发生分为卵原细胞、卵黄发生前的卵母细胞和卵黄发生期的卵母细胞3个时期；卵巢壁由外膜及内生殖上皮构成，生殖上皮分化产生卵原细胞和滤泡细胞；卵巢的结构单位是滤泡。

RESULTS: The positive staining cells mostly included ependymal cells of myelocoele, glial cells, motor neurons, and epithelial cells of spinal pia mater. The staining was mainly located on the cell membrane. Most importantly, it displayed certain directivity in the glial cells, mainly at the membrane side contacting with capillary endothelial cells.

结果： 免疫组织化学染色结果显示阳性着色细胞包括有胶质细胞、中央管室管膜上皮细胞、脊髓前角运动神经元、软脊膜上皮细胞，着色部位主要在细胞膜，其中在胶质细胞表现出一定的方向性，主要分布在与毛细血管内皮细胞接触的一侧。

结果表明，常温下黄皮果实贮藏期短，常温贮藏3 d后，好果率低于75%；低温能明显延长果实的贮藏期，延缓果实的糖、酸和VC含量的下降；在2-12 ℃间，贮藏温度越低，保鲜效果越好，适宜的贮藏温度为2-4 ℃；采用MAP保鲜技术能延缓果实品质的下降，在2-4 ℃下大鸡心黄皮MAP保鲜的适宜条件是采用0.025 mm的PE膜包装，装果量为5.4 kg·m-2。
