In the operation, the place of the external mouth of abscess was designed, the skin was cut along inter muscular septum between the sphincter internus and the sphincter externus, the subcntaneous tissues were separated along the lateral clearance of the sphincter internus to the pelvirectal fossa, then the internal mouth of abscess was cut. The vomica was leaved to idle after being scraped fully, and the pus was drained perennially with fenestrated tube.

采用设计外口的位置，沿内、外括约肌间沟入路，切开皮肤，分离皮下组织，顺内括约肌外侧间隙分离至骨盆直肠窝，切除内口，并将脓腔充分搔刮后旷置，腔内放置有孔胶管持续引流，结合术后祛腐消肿止痛期及活血止痛生肌期的药物换药，旨在提高对骨盆直肠窝脓肿的一次根治率和保护肛门功能，减少并发症发生。

Incidences of tuberculosis(21%),cirrhosis(12%) and hepatitis(9%) were higher than those found in general autopsy population. No AIDS case was found.

结果··：陕西地区1995年-2001年有85例经法医鉴定为药物滥用死亡，其中男63例，女22例；尸体血液、脏器、毛发内检出的滥用药物70 %是海洛因/吗啡；多药混合滥用特点明显；最常见的病理变化包括：多脏器淤血、水肿、出血、小动脉硬化，细胞变性、坏死，肺内异物及皮肤注射针眼、脓肿等；常见合并的传染性疾病依次为：结核病(21 %)、肝硬化(12 %)和病毒性肝炎(9 %)等，AIDS未检出。

objective to analyze the drug resistance of staphylococcus aureusand provide suggestion for clinical rational use of antibiotics.methods secretion of those neonates suffered primary skin soft tissue infection and admitted during june,2005 to december,2007 was cultured and 113 strains of staphylococcus aureus were detected.we used k-b diffusion methods to determine their susceptibility to the common used antibiotics.results resistance rates of staphylococcus aureus to ampicillin/sulbactam,penicillin-g and cefazolin were 14.2%,40.7%and 6.2% respectively; there was no vancomycin-resistant strain.conclusion the resistance of staphylococcus aureus is not a serious problem in neonatal dermatic soft tissue infection.local treatment is the major approach in clinic,while general anti-infection consisting mainly of penicillin and first generation cephalosporin is chosen to avoid resistance mutation of staphylococcus aureus resulted from abuse of antibiotics.

多重聚合酶链反应快速鉴别葡萄球菌及。。。乳腺脓肿分离到葡萄球菌的鉴定和药敏。。。目的探讨金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性，指导临床合理用药。方法对我院2005年6月至2007年12月新生儿原发性皮肤软组织感染患儿的分泌物进行培养，共检出金黄色葡萄球菌113株，并采用kb纸片扩散法对其进行常用抗生素的药敏试验。结果金黄色葡萄球菌对氨苄西林/舒巴坦、青霉素g及头孢唑啉的耐药率分别为14.2%、40.7%和6.2%，未发现耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌。结论在新生儿皮肤软组织感染中金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药问题并不十分严重，临床处理应以局部为主，全身抗感染治疗宜以青霉素及i代头孢类抗生素为主，避免过度使用抗生素加速金葡菌的耐药突变。

Skin stimulation test and implantation in vivo found no abscess and fistule formation. Histological section showed there was moderate inflammatory reaction of forign object exciation at the early stage of implantation. At the intermediate stage, inflammatory cells decreased, mainly including lymphocytes, and there was little inflammatory reaction and antigen reaction. Meanwhile, SIS degraded sequently. At 12 weeks, SIS was almost completely degraded and absorbed.
