Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of limbal epithelial autograft transplantation for treatment of pterygium.

目的观察自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。

Methods Limbal epithelial autograft transplantation was performed on 68 cases (76 eyes) with pterygium or its recurrent lesion.

方法采用自体角膜缘上皮移植术对68例（76只眼）初发和复发性翼状胬肉患者进行治疗，术后随访6～18个月。

In these cases, combined therapeutic measures were given, i.e. eschar shaving from burn wound, autologous skin grafting, antiinfection, antishock, rectification of waterelectrolyte imbalance, function protection of important organs, nutritional support, and symptomatic treatment, etc.

40例因地震灾害造成的各类烧伤病例，给予烧伤创面切削痂、自体皮移植术、抗感染、抗休克、纠正水与电解质失衡、保护重要脏器功能、营养支持及对症处理等综合治疗措施。

Methods 28 inpatients with all of 58 deep burn wound on the function part were selected in this study. After the eschar was removed with Goulian, the wound was covered with meshed skin, autologous split-thickness skin sheet.

对28例共58个功能部位深度烧伤创面，应用Goulian削痂后：深Ⅱ度创面予以整张或网状自体刃厚皮片移植；Ⅲ度创面予以脱细胞异体真皮加自体刃厚皮片复合移植术。

Seven patients aged 4 to 19 years, with myelomeningocele and high-pressure or poorly compliant bladders, were identified as candidates for cystoplasty. Each patient underwent bladder biopsy, and urothelial and muscle cells were grown in culture and seeded on a biodegradable bladder-shaped scaffold made of collagen, or on a composite of collagen and polyglycolic acid. About 7 weeks later, the autologous engineered bladder constructs were used for reconstruction, and implanted either with or without an omental wrap. After implantation, patients underwent serial urodynamics, cystograms, ultrasounds, bladder biopsies, and serum analyses.

年纪从4到19岁的7位脊髓脊膜膨出、罹有高压或者功能不良膀胱、被鉴定需进行膀胱成形术的病患，每一位病患接受膀胱切片，将上皮与肌肉细胞在膀胱形状的生物可分解的胶原支架或胶原聚羟基乙酸支架上加以培养；大约7周过后，形成一可自体移植的工程膀胱，移植时包覆或者未包覆网膜；移植后，病患进行一系列的尿路动力学、膀胱造影术、超音波、膀胱切片和血清分析。

Some methods now widely being used in clinic, always lack of dermis, such as small stamps of autografting, mesh skin grafting, intermingled transplantation of auto-allografting, micro-skin-grafting and cultured epidermal Autog -rafting, cant resolve the problems regarding the cosmesis and function satisfactorily.

为反复供皮的需要，目前临床应用的植皮术，诸如邮票状植皮术、网状皮肤植皮术、异体皮嵌植自体小皮片混合移植术、微粒皮移植术以及自体表皮细胞培养移植术等方法，均不同程度地缺乏真皮成分，因而不能满意解决愈后外观和功能问题。

In regarding the treatment of corneal dermoid depended on the extent of involvement of the cornea, lamellar keratoplasty in corresponding position can lower the recurrent rate.

治疗角膜皮样瘤应根据角膜受累程度采用不同的手术方式，相应部位的角膜皮样瘤切除联合板层角膜移植术可以减少术后复发的几率。

Methods Skin grafting were performed on 56 patients under tumescent technique.

对56例行皮片移植术或皮瓣转移术的患者采用肿胀技术。

Our department once received a ten-year-old boy, who had a lot of skin and bones defect in the left leg . Amputation was unavoided unless an operation was done. The operation was difficult and the hope of life was subtle, but his parents did not give up. They strongly requested the operation.

有一次，病区收了一个10多岁的男孩，因车祸致&左小腿大部分皮骨缺损&，面临截肢，仅存的一线希望是行&皮瓣移植加异体骨修复术&，但手术难度大，创伤大，成活率不高。

Results It was revealed that corneal vascularization,large graft,previous keratifis,eccentric graft,second graft and risk factors for corneal graft rejection.Prorking factors were described as an epithelium falling,corneal disease recuring,repeating grafting and the removing of the suture.

结果 统计分析结果表明：血管化角膜、大植片移植、植床术前的活动性炎症、偏中心移植、多次移植、联合手术均应视为穿透角膜移植术后免疫排斥反应的高危因素，而移植片上皮反复脱落、旧病复发、术眼再次手术、缝线松解与拆线等可能是诱导排斥反应发生的促发因素。
