用PYM治疗脉管性疾病时，一旦出现皮疹等过敏反应，就不能再用此药冶疗。

Results the main clinical characteristics of adult measles cases were serious toxaemia,high temperature,typical tetter and severe liver dys-function.most of the patients belonged to floating population with the average age of28.9years old.the peak infection was from march to june.and a majority of them never received measles vaccine.

objective: the clinical date of 60 cases of early syphilis were analyzed.and summed up with the morbid condition ,types of tetter and therapeutic effect.method:all patients were divided into four groups and offered benzathine benzylpenicillin,ceftriaxone, tetracycline and azithromycin respectively.result: the cure risks of the groups treated with benzathine benzylpenicillin or ceftriaxone were all 100 percent, and no repellency in serum of the patients treated with ceftriaxone, the cure risks of the groups treated with tetracycline or azithromycin were all 80 percent.conclusion : it is indicated that benzathine benzylpenicillin and ceftriaxone were all of the best effective drugs.

目的：对60例早期梅毒患者发病情况、皮疹类型、治疗效果进行临床分析和总结。方法：分别采用苄星青霉素、头孢曲松、四环素及阿奇霉素治疗。结果：苄星青霉素、头孢曲松组，临床治愈100%，头孢曲松组无血清学抵抗，四环素、阿奇霉素临床治愈80%。
