The results showed:(1) The histological changes of KC were in fact a wound-repair process;(2) The increased melanin in KC coordinated with "multi-overlapping screen" effect, a result of multiple layers of "supranuclear cap", was the direct cause of hyperpigmentation of the graft and (3) The hydrolytic disturbance of melanin in KC and the longer life span of the KC were probably the important reasons for the increase of melanin in the epidermis.

结果表明，角朊细胞的组织学改变实际上是一个损伤后修复的过程；角朊细胞内黑色素含量增加及出现的多层次的&核上帽&状分布而形成的&多重帘幕&效应，是皮片过度色素化的直接原因；黑色素在角朊细胞内的降解障碍及角朊细胞更新周期延长可能是表皮内黑色素含量增多的重要原因。

Methods Total and partial auricule reconstruction was completed with combination Medpor framework insertion and temporoparietal fascia plus skin graft in one stage. The expanded temporal scalp was transferred to package Medpor framework for ears construction in scar baldness after burn.

先天性小耳畸形和外伤后耳廓部分缺损的病例，采用带血管蒂的颞顶筋膜瓣覆盖Medpor支架，外用皮片移植，一期完成手术；烧伤后耳廓畸形的病例，采用扩张后的头皮瘢痕颞筋膜瓣带血管蒂转移，包裹Medpor支架二期完成修复。

Methods Skin grafting were performed on 56 patients under tumescent technique.

对56例行皮片移植术或皮瓣转移术的患者采用肿胀技术。

Results There was no rejection to xenogenic acellular dermal ma-trix.The composite transplantation of2patients was successful.

结果 动物实验及临床应用均未见真皮基质排异反应，临床2例皮片全部成活。

Results 95％ composite skin grafts were alive in 36 patients.

结果：36例病人复合移植皮片成活率为95％。

Since the graft complex effectively combines the advantages of both full-thickness flaps and ultrathin flaps and maintains the maximum morphology of the avulsed skin as well, it can improve the survival of avulsed skin. Moreover, the operation is easy and safe.

本术式有效地整合超薄皮瓣和全厚皮片移植的优点，最大限度地保存了撕脱皮肤的形态学特点，提高撕脱皮肤成活率，手术简单安全易行。

METHODS: Form October 1992 to July 2001, we treated 7 cases of avulsed scalp, which had been wounded more than 12 hours and accompanied with shock and head wound, with split thickness scalp skin grafting. RESULTS: Except for partial necrosis of scalp in center of bare area of skull, more than 90% of grafting split thickness scalp skin survived in 4 cases and more than 80% in 3 cases, and presented satisfactory appearance during following up.

1992年 10月～ 2 0 0 1年 7月对 7例头皮撕脱在 12小时以上，撕脱面积达 2 %体表面积，头部创面和头皮伴不同程度污染，同时分别伴有休克和颅脑外伤者，通过将撕脱的头皮制成条状中厚皮片游离回植，覆盖头部创面。

Cases occurred flap partial necroses, 3 cases took place shedding of necrosis under the flaps, which healed in a month after dressing, other transplanted flaps survived, the appearance and function of treated feet were good according to 2 months-3 years follow-up.

有7例皮瓣部分坏死，3例截肢断端部分皮瓣坏死，需再手术治疗后修复，3例皮瓣下有坏死组织流出，经换药1月后愈合，其余皮瓣及皮片移植成活。经随访2月～3年，外观和功能良好。

Methods:All cases of nasal alar defect that were repaired by auricular composite graft.temporal L shape shin flap、tubed shin flap、z-plasty by residual nasal ala.expanded forehead flap and full-thickness skin graft,were reviewed and analyzed.
