Results Operation was successfully performed in all the patients and 196 hands were cured. The excellent rate of hand functional recover reached 93.4% and the average stay was (18±6.5) d. Postoperative complications included free skin graft necrosis in 7 cases(12 hands) and ecchymoma in 21 cases (36 hands), and there was no infection or finger necrosis.

结果 所有病例均成功实施手术，196只手全部治愈，功能优良率达93.4%，平均住院时间18±6.5d，术后发生皮片坏死7例（12只手），皮下血肿21例（36只手），未发生感染及手指坏死。
