Collagen is one of the major components of the skin dermis.

胶原蛋白是其中一个主要组成部分的皮肤真皮层。

In corium, collagen and elastin forms the 3D structure and are filled with hyaluronic acid, thus creating tender and elastic sin.

在真皮层中，胶原蛋白与弹性蛋白形成立体结构，保水成分透明质酸填充其间，为肌肤带来水嫩与弹力。

Six days after inoculation, the cucumber root tip was slightly swollen and symmetrical root-knots were observed at the meristematic and elongation zones. Giant cells were differentiated by previous cambium cells in the center of the root; 10days after inoculation, symmetrical and secondary root-knots were observed at the root hair and upper zones. Vessels were separated by giant cells, around which protoxylem vessels were observed; l6days after inoculation, hypo-vascular tissue appeared earlier than normal; 20-30 days after inoculation, the vertical arrangement of vessels was disordered, shape was distorted and a new vascular tissue appeared in the cortex.

结果显示：接种后6 d的根尖分生区、伸长区出现膨大、对称的根结，根中心的原形成层细胞分化出巨型细胞；10 d在根毛区及以上部位出现既有对称又有偏于一侧的根结，周围有原生木质部导管出现，根结中巨型细胞阻断了导管；16 d次生维管组织提早出现；20~30 d导管纵向排列无序，形状扭曲，皮层中有新维管组织产生。

But when passing the age of 20~25, the productive rate of making collagen by main cells in derma will decrease. Consequently, the skin will turn loose and wrinkles will show out when the collagen produced is less than it lost.

但自20～25岁后，真皮层中制造胶原蛋白的纤维母细胞制造能力会逐渐降低，当胶原蛋白的制造赶不上流失的速度时，肌肤就开始出现松垮或皱纹现象。

About 4 days post amputation, cells in some areas in the out epidermis and inner parietal peritoneum near the end of the stump are induced by injury to dedifferentiate into stem cells and then proliferate forming stem-cell masses, which then invaginate into the interior dermis. The dermal cells are then induced by those invaginating stem-cell masses to dedifferentiate.

从第4 d起，近创伤处的表皮层和体腔上皮中部分细胞发生了脱分化形成了干细胞，并增殖形成了干细胞团，然后向真皮层内陷，并诱导真皮层组织发生脱分化，最终在残腕体壁的不同部位形成了众多干细胞原基，是进一步再生所需的细胞库。

Three antioxidative parameters(SOD super oxide dismutase、MDA malondialdehyde and GSH reduced glutathione hormone)were also measured.Results:The skin elasticity and water content improved increasingly according to the MPA measurements of the two group 4 weeks after the last irradiation.The hydroxyproline of the skin in the Q-switched 1064-nm Nd:YAG laser of 0.6J/cm~2、1.5 J/cm~2 and 2.5 J/cm~2 group showed 7.1%,13.1%and 19.8%(p＜0.05)increase respectively compared to their controls,the enhancement of dermal thickness were 15.5%,29.7%and 38.4%;The hydroxyproline of the skin in the Q-switched 532-nm Nd:YAG laser of 0.5J/cm~2、1.2 J/cm~2 and 2.0 J/cm~2 group showed 6.9%,9.6%and 14.2%(p＜0.05)increase respectively compared to their controls,the enhancement of dermal thickness were 5.5%,15.1%and 29.9%,among which the Q-switched 1064-nm laser group had the greatest effect. The result of antioxidative parameters showed some juvenescence change at the radiated skin.

结果：末次照射后第4周，Q开关1064-nmNd：YAG激光组(以下简称1064 nm组)和Q开关532-nmNd：YAG激光组(以下简称532-nm组)大鼠各实验侧的皮肤弹性和含水量都明显好于对照侧；1064-nm组和532-nm组实验侧的皮肤羟脯氨酸含量和真皮内胶原厚度都较对照组显著增大(P＜0.05)，其中1064-nm组的三种不同能量密度：0.6 J/cm~2、1.5 J/cm~2、2.5 J/cm~2的激光照射的皮肤区域的羟脯氨酸含量增加率为7.1%，13.1%和19.8%，真皮厚度增加率为15.5%，29.7%和38.4%，532-nm组的三种不同能量密度：0.5 J/cm~2、1.2 J/cm~2、2.0J/cm~2的激光照射的皮肤区域的羟脯氨酸含量增加率为6.9%，9.6%和14.2%，真皮层厚度增加率为5.5%，15.1%和29.9%，相比而言1064-nm组的羟脯氨酸及真皮层厚度增加率均较高；抗氧化指标显示两组大鼠实验侧皮肤的抗氧化能力增加，呈年轻化改变。

结果：兔耳腹侧面增生性瘢痕局部注射苦参碱后，按时间段取材；VG和HE染色显示真皮层明显变薄，成纤维细胞数量明显减少，胶原排列趋于一致；12周后，对照组苦参碱组的增生指数、成纤维细胞数密度、胶原密度分别为3.25±0.89/2.15±0.12，4517.5±879.6/3551.2±234.1，39.89±14.12/28.75±10.87。
