Result:The average recovery of carvacrol and thymol were 97\^49%( RSD =1\^78) and 99\^16%( RSD =2\^05) respectively.

结果 ：香芹酚和百里香酚的平均加样回收率分别为 97 4 9%和 99 1 6 %，RSD =1 78和RSD =2 0 5。

The major components of thymus essential oil were thymol and p-cymene, and it exhibited higher antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.

百里香精油主要成分是百里香酚和对伞花烃，其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抗菌活性。

Results:23 components of thymus essential oil were separated and 9 of them were identified, the main constituents were thymol (44.36%) and p-cymene (31.04%); the diameters of inhibition zones of essential oil towards Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 32 mm±0.5 mm and 40.5 mm±1.0 mm.

结果：百里香精油共分离出23个峰，鉴定出其中9种化学成分，主要是百里香酚(44.36%)和对伞花烃(31.04%)；百里香精油对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌直径分别是32mm±0.5mm和40.5mm±1.0mm。

The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm.Result The linear range of thymol was 0.04～1.23 mg (r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 99.02%(RSD 1.03%).

结果 百里香酚在0.04～1.23 mg (r=0.9999)有良好的线性关系；平均回收率百里香酚99.02%(RSD 1.03%)，重复性百里香酚RSD 0.88%。
