采用气温线性增长率与距平百分率等方法进行分析后，得出近五十年来大连市气候有向暖干化发展的趋势；年平均气温有上升趋势，而年降水量有下降趋势；冬季气温对年均气温拉动作用明显，而夏季降水量减少对年降水量减少贡献率最大等结论。

Get the neonate Sprague-Dawley rats medulla spinalis, through the conventional primary cell culture procedure, we use the method of difference adherence time and get the motor neurons of anterior spinal cord. When the neuron is in maturity, we make the mechanical injury model in vitro. All the models were divided into four groups: group A is control group; group B is 100μM ATP group; group C is 100μM ATP+20μg/ml suramin group and group D is 100μM ATP+10μM ouabain+10μg/ml Thapsigargin group. Culture the four groups neurons, after one day, we count the motor neuron, observe the survival and activity of neurons through MTT shade selection experiment, use flow cytometry to analyze the percentage of apoptosis of motor neurons of anterior spinal cord and detect the expression of protein p-GSK-3β(ser9) through Western-Blot technology.

方法取新生大鼠脊髓，通过常规的原代细胞培养程序，采用差速贴壁法分离出大鼠脊髓前角运动神经元，培养成熟后制作神经元机械损伤体外模型，分为A组：对照组、B组：100μMATP组、C组：100gMATP+20μg/ml Suramin组和D组：100μM ATP+IOμM Ouabain+10μg/ml Thapsigargin组，对各组机械损伤的运动神经元进行培养，1天后分别进行运动神经元计数、MTT比色实验观察运动神经元的存活及活性、流式细胞仪分析机械损伤的脊髓前角运动神经元凋亡百分率和Werstern Blot技术检测p-GSK-3β(ser9)的表达。

We used the immunohistochemical ABC method to detect the expression of NF-κB at 2、 6、 12、 24、 48、 72 hours after infected by Salmonella typhimurium, and we deal the data statistically with univariant analysis of variance and Student-Newman-Keuls multiplerange test.

三组分别在感染鼠伤寒沙门氏菌后2、6、12、24、48、72小时6个时点，用免疫组织化学方法(抗NF-κB p65抗体、ABC法，石蜡包埋)和阳性细胞面积分布率半定量测定小肠、结肠及肾脏中NF-κB活性表达百分率，采用单变量多因素方差分析和Q检验做统计学处理。

The major findings are:⑴During the intelligence test for the three groups of students, for half of the students or most of the students their scores on the all-including scale, the language scale and the performance scale all increased to various degrees;⑵From the analysis of the relationship between intelligence and reaction time, it is found that the result of this study confirms the existing views that there is a negative correlation between intelligence and reaction time, and the negative correlation is more evident when it is choice reaction time;⑶Different motor skills have different influences upon children with lower intelligence. Though the difference is not large, the average increasing percentages in the sample T tests for the three groups before and after the experiment show that the effect of open motor skill is the best, that of the synthetic motor skill or the open-closed is the better, and that there isn't a marked change in the closed motor skill trainees;⑷While analyzing the result of the experiment, it is found that the scores on the performance scale are higher than the scores on the language scale, especially in the open motor skill group, which tells us that the intelligence improving effect of physical training is realized to a greater extent through increasing their performance abililty.

研究结果显示：⑴相对于实验前测试结果，三个实验组学生的智力水平在实验后测试中不论是在全量表得分还是在语言量表、操作量表得分方面均得到了不同程度的提高；⑵从智力与反应时的相关分析可看出，本研究结果进一步验证了前人观点，即智力与反应时有显著的负相关，特别是与选择反应时有很强的负相关性；⑶不同运动技能对智力落后学生智力影响不同，虽然实验后各组间没有显著性差异，但经各组实验前后配对样本T检验及实验前后各项分数均值提高百分率可看出，开放式运动技能组实验效果最好，综合运动技能组次之，闭锁式运动技能组实验前后在智力测验量表得分上无显著性变化；⑷各组实验前后的操作量表分比言语量表分提高幅度更大，开放式运动技能组表现得尤其显著，这表明了体育活动对改善智力落后学生的智力水平，很大程度上是通过提高他们的操作能力来实现的。

Cerebral cortexes were removed and then dissociated, measured with flow cytometer analyze cell apoptosis, the morphological changes were examined by electron microscope.(2) Measured cell apoptosis of cerebral cortexes with TUNEL.(3) detected expressions of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 proteins with the technique of immunohistochemistry.

1取大脑皮层细胞制成细胞悬液，流式细胞仪分析细胞凋亡改变，电镜观察细胞超微结构的变化；(2)用原位缺口末端标记法检测凋亡细胞百分率；(3)免疫组化法检测Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3蛋白表达。

The results of POPGENE analyze indicated that it was moderate level of the genetic diversity of Dipelta, mean PPB (percentage of polymorphic bands) h and I of 4 species of Dipelta as below: D.wenxianensis.(PPB=62.02%,h=0.1850,I=0.2826); D.yunnanensis (PPB=40.31%, h=0.1238, I=0.1874); D. floribunda (PPB=36.82%, h=0.1395,I=0.2045); D. elegans (PPB=15.51%, h=0.0583,I=0.0861). Genetic diversity in D.elegans is the lowest. It is possibly caused by the endemic distribution and local ecotope.

POPGENE分析结果表明，文县双盾木的多态位点百分率平均为62.02%，Nei&s基因多样性指数平均为0.1850，Shannon&s信息指数平均为0.2826；云南双盾木的PPB平均为40.31%；h值平均为0.1238；I值平均为0.1874；双盾木两个居群的PPB平均为36.82%；h值平均为0.1395；I值平均为0.2045；优美双盾木两个居群的PPB平均为15.51%，h值平均为0.0583；I值平均为0.0861；因此，我们认为双盾木属4个种的遗传多样性适中；而优美双盾木由于分布上的地理限制，居群的生境比较孤立，其遗传多样性较低。

Results: 1 Tritiated thymidine incorporation assay showed that 1μM adenosine plus coformycin slightly inhibited CTLL-2 proliferation, while 5-20μM adenosine elicited marked inhibition on CTLL-2 proliferation responded to IL-2 a dose-dependent fashion. 2 Coformycin alone could also inhibit CTLL-2 proliferation at the concentration of 2.5μM. The underlying reason maybe due to the endogenous adenosine produced by CTLL-2 cells.

结果：11μM腺苷对CTLL-2增殖仅有轻微的抑制作用，而5、10、20μM腺苷的存在可显著抑制CTLL-2的增殖，并且呈剂量相关，P值均小于0.05.2CTLL-2经过2.5μM助间型霉素的单独处理也可引起轻度的增殖受抑现象，分析其可能原因是T细胞自身可以分泌腺苷，所以该抑制现象的出现与内源性腺苷有关。3本实验所用腺苷浓度对CTLL-2的活细胞百分率影响轻微。

To the gradations with the same maximum nominal grain size,grey correlation was used to analyze the results. The conclusion showed that,except the 9.5 mm-maimum-nominal-grain-size gradation,Jf was influenced mostly by the subtotal triage of coarse aggregates in the third large sieve pore.
