百分率分析

According to the macro-characteristics and distribution law of dioritic microgranular enclaves, the special texture and structure, the contrast between the main rock-forming minerals of dioritic microgranular enclave and the host rock, as well as the genesis analysis on double crystal type percentage of 6 187 plagioclase, the conclusion is drawn as follows: despite the variety of the genesis types of dioritic microgranular enclave in Fangshan granodiorite, most of the genesis type is probably the result of the xenolith metamorphic transformation.

根据闪长质微粒包体的宏观特征及分布规律、特殊的结构构造、主要造岩矿物与寄主岩的对比以及6187个斜长石双晶类型百分率的成因分析得出，房山花岗闪长岩体中的闪长质微粒包体尽管有多种成因，但有不少可能是捕虏岩包体变质改造的结果。

Random amplified polymorphic DNA markers were used to measure genetic diversity and genetic structure of 150 individuals from 5 natural populations of Carya cathayensis. 252 loci were identified from 20 RAPD primers, out of which 168 loci were polymorphic and accounted for 66.7% of the total genetic diversity at species level.

Methods:The effect of chrysin on HIV1 infection and replication in vitro were detected by cell fusion of MT2 cells and HIV1ⅢB/H9 cells labeled calceinAM and the inhibition study of syncytia formation and p24 production monitored in culture supernatant of MT2 cells infected by HIV1ⅢB, respectively. 以CR对CalceinAM标记的慢性感染HIV1ⅢB的H9细胞（H9/HIV1ⅢB）和MT2细胞的融合、对HIV1诱导的MT2细胞形成合胞体及对感染HIV1的MT2细胞产生p24抗原的影响，探讨其抗HIV1活性；以PHA刺激人外周血单个核细胞，利用流式细胞术，检测CD4+T细胞CD69表达的百分率，分析CR对免疫活化的影响。

In this article, three kinds of prealloy powder were developed by water atomization method. The base attribute, pattern, phase composition, differential thermal analysis of powder were researched. Sintered density, hardness, bend strength, Young's modulus were researched as hot pressed sintering temperature changing. By using abrasive wearing equipment upbuilt by the authors, the wear resistance were determined. Green-pressing density, simulated green-pressing strength and bonding momental of high frequency brazing were assayed. SEM corrosion structure and SEM appearance of fracture were observed.

本文采用水雾化法开发了三种预合金代钴粉末：对粉末的基本属性、形貌，粉末的相组成，粉末的差热性进行了分析研究；测定了它们的烧结密度、硬度、抗弯强度、弹性模量随热压烧结温度变化的规律；采用作者自行建立的磨料磨损试验方法，测定了它们的质量磨损百分率；测定了它们的冷压生坯密度、模拟生坯强度以及高频钎焊的结合力矩；观察了热压烧结SEM腐蚀组织和SEM断口形貌。

Methods: Forty mice were divided into four groups randomly:normal group,model group,ligation group and treatment group.The model was made by the method of partly ligating the recta outside the body.The level of endotoxin in blood plasma was measured by dynamic nephelometric method and the content of TNF-a in blood serum was detected by the method of radioimmunity.(2)After the mice were killed,their left lungs were taken out for bronchi-alveoli fluid, then the content of MDA in BALF was tested by TBA method.(3)The vitality of PAM in BALF was countied on the counting set of erythrocyte,and the blue-dyed cellswere counted, then the percentage of PMN was worked out.(4)The pathological features of the mice\'s lung tissue were observed with routine and ultramicro pathological mechanism.

①将40只大鼠随机等分为正常组、模型组、解扎组、治疗组，以体外直肠不全结扎法造模，以动态浊度法检测各组大鼠血浆内毒素水平，放射免疫分析法检测各组血清TNF-α含量；②大鼠处死后，取左肺进行支气管肺泡灌洗，以TBA法测定支气管肺泡灌洗液中丙二醛含量、白蛋白含量及肺表面活性物质水平；③在红细胞计数盘上作BALF中肺泡巨噬细胞活力计数，计数兰染的细胞数，求出死亡百分率；在光镜下计数BALF沉渣200个细胞，计算中性粒细胞所占百分比。

Electrophoresis was obviously in a stripe shape of trapeziform.

结果 5－FU能抑制 Lovo细胞生长，在一定剂量和时间范围内，通过光镜观察，见凋亡细胞明显增多，经5－FU诱导后，用FCM 分析 Lovo细胞，发现凋亡百分率增加并显示剂量和时间效应。
