百分率分析

Geographical distribution characteristics of urban visibility in Anhui province are analyzed using routine observational data at 17 urban stations during the period from 1980 to 2005. The visibility trends in 5 cities from 1955 to 2005 have been analyzed using the methods of Ridit analysis cumulative percentiles and frequency of "very good" visibility.

利用安徽省17个地级市气象站1980-2005年的能见度观测资料，分析了安徽省城市大气能见度的地理分布特征，并用Ridit、累积百分率和"非常好"能见度出现频率分析法分别对5个代表性城市1955-2005年的大气能见度进行了研究和分析。

Results Analysis of the expression of proteins of JAK2 in leukemic blasts, there was no detectable constitutive expression of phosphorylated JAK2 in all the AML samples analyzed; Furthermore, we could detect a constitutive activation of STAT 3 by immunoprecipitation of the targeted protein in primary leukemic blasts from 3 of 11 AML patients without any cytokine treatment; Pretreatment clinical characteristics, and treatment regimens did not differ significantly between patients with and without constitutive STAT3 activity, there was not significant relation between the constitutive activation of STAT3 and the FAB subvariety and chromosome karyotype; However, the 3 patients with constitutive STAT3 activity seemed to have adverse treatment outcome, one did not show remission, the other two patients relapsed shortly after remission; Consistent with the above-mentioned result, leukemic blasts from the 3 samples with constitutive expression of STAT3 showed higher percentage of spontaneous apoptosis and S-phase cells.

在实验研究基础上，本研究进一步运用免疫沉淀和Western Blot印迹方法，检测AML患者原代细胞JAK2和STAT3活化情况，并分析了STAT3活化与AML患者预后有关指标改变的关系。结果我们的初步研究发现，11例AML患者中，有3例呈现STAT3组成型活化（STAT3阳性，下同），无一例呈JAK2组成型活化。上述3例STAT3组成型活化与FAB分型和染色体核型改变未见明显相关性；在此3例患者中，1例未取得缓解，另外2例虽然取得短暂缓解，但均在二个月内复发。上述3例STAT3阳性AML患者S期白血病细胞百分率数值较组高，而凋亡率数值较低。

Proteins with significant expression alterations were selected and their peptide mass fingerprints (PMFs were obtained by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flying mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS).The PMFs were used to search NCBInr database by Auto MS-Fit software.

实验方法：1、培养原代的人RPE细胞，经过细胞角蛋白、S-100和神经胶质原纤维酸性蛋白免疫细胞化学鉴定后，通过AO/PI染色技术确定培养细胞的存活率，描记其生长曲线，第3-5代用于以下细胞实验2、生物合成针对人cx43基因的三条小干扰RNA和一条阴性RNA通过脂质体转染RPE细胞后，通过RT-PCR的方法确定抑制效率最高的干扰片断3、将该片段以不同浓度通过阳离子脂质体转染培养的人RPE细胞后，采用MTT法观察其对细胞的增殖力的作用；通过流式细胞仪观察其对细胞周期的影响；通过扫描电镜观察其对细胞形态的影响；通过免疫细胞化学和Weston blot观察其对cx43蛋白表达的作用；采用激光共聚焦和荧光淬灭恢复技术观察荧光恢复速率平均百分率，评价其对细胞间通讯功能的影响；通过制作RPE细胞损伤模型，观察其对损伤修复能力的作用4、分离纯化转染siRNA的RPE组和正常对照组RPE细胞的全部蛋白质，应用等电聚焦电泳和SDS-PAGE双向电泳技术，银染显示分离出的蛋白质斑点，经凝胶图像分析软件对两个样本进行胶图分析，寻找差异蛋白点。

In this paper, The influence of heat set and dyeing on the structure of PTT fiber was investigated by FT-IR, DSC, critical dissolution time. The influence of heat set on the dyeability of PTT fiber was discussed, too. Meanwhile, many experiments on the dyeing performance of PET fiber were carried out. The effect of different dyeing temperature on the uptake and visual color depth value and dyeing characteristics of different dyes with temperature increasing were discussed, and the influence of temperature on the dyeing depth were also evaluated when dyeing for PTT and PET fiber in the same dye bath condition. Especially the kinetics and thermodynamics of dyeing with disperse dyes were mainly studied.

目前，我国对PTT染色性能方面研究报道还少，本文用傅立叶红外光谱、差热分析、临界溶解时间等分析方法研究了热定型和染色对PTT纤维结构的影响，探讨了热定型对PTT纤维可染性的影响，同时进行了多项PTT纤维的基本染色性能试验，探讨了不同染色温度对上染百分率及表观色深值的影响、不同染料的升温上染特性、不同染料的移染性能和染深性能以及PTT和PET纤维同浴染色时染色温度对它们的染色深度的影响。

Methods The carryover rate, precision, total precision and percentage of differences of hematological analyzers were evaluated and differences of items in whole blood were compared by detecting 20 anticoagulant fresh blood samples based on the documents of ICSH and NCCLS. Every 3 blood samples of highvalue, middlevalue and lowvalue were detected by hematological analyzers everyday for 7 days.
