Results The incidence of unlineage-associated antigens expression and "null cell" type was 6.78 % in adult AML.The hematopoietic stem/progenitor were expressed in 75 % of the "null cell" type AL cases.In the 10 cases treated,the complete remissionrate was 40 %,"null cell" tyes had significantly higher expression rates of hematopoietic stem/progenitor and Lower CR tate(P 0.05;P 0.05,respectively),compared with those of "non-null cell" type cases observed during the same period.
