We examined the ability to inhibit the telomerase.

抗肿瘤活性初步筛选测试采用小鼠白血病P-388肿瘤细胞和人肺癌A-549肿瘤细胞进行，结果表明侧链羟基的手性对抗肿瘤活性无明显影响；有数个化合物具有很好的体外抑制活性，特别是化合物2-（1-异辛酰氧基-4-甲基-3-戊烯基）-5，8-二羟基-1，4-萘醌（108）和2-[1-（2-呋喃甲酰氧基）-4-甲基-3-戊烯基]-5，8-二羟基-1，4-萘醌（112）体外显示对人肺癌A-549肿瘤细胞有强效；2-（1-乙酰氧基-4-甲基-3-戊烯基）-5，8-二羟基-1，4-萘醌（105）对小鼠白血病P-388肿瘤细胞有强效；环紫草素和环异紫草素对人白血病HL-60细胞有强烈抑制作用。

In order to explore the clinical prospect of Peimine, we select acute leukemia patients as objects, and investigate the followings:(1) Relationship between P170′s expression and its clinical effect in AL;(2) Mechanism of Thurberg Fritillary Bulb and Peimine in reversing MDR in AL;(3) Combined with chemotherapeutic drugs, the ability of Thurberg Fritillary Bulb to decrease P170's high expression and its clinical efficacy in AL management;(4) Relationship between Traditional Chinese syndrome and P170′s expression or clinical efficacy.

为了探讨浙贝母的临床应用前景，考虑到取材的方便性，我们选择了急性白血病为研究对象，做了以下几方面的研究工作：(1)P170在急性白血病中的表达及其与临床疗效的关系；(2)浙贝母散剂和贝母甲素逆转急性白血病细胞多药耐药的机制探讨；(3)浙贝母散剂临床合用化疗时对急性白血病细胞多药耐药蛋白P170的逆转作用及其临床疗效；(4)中医证型与P170表达及临床耐药关系的研究。

Four of12patients with non-leukemia were heteroploidy,2of4were precancerous lesion.The S%of marrow cell of leukemia was significant lesser than that of control.Three acute lymphocytic leukemia were got CR,and its S%was more than that before therapy.

DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: In vitro cytology experiment was performed at the laboratory of Department of Pediatrics, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College from December 2007 to August 2008. TO Acute Leukemia, the level of IL-1 J3 ,IL-6 and TNF-a rise significant in the stage of Yingfen Syndrome, and significant higher than that of the Weifen and Qinfen stge, when it comes to IL-10, the level of its declines rapidly ,but the level of IFN-r changes a little.The serum level of IL-6 of Yingfen Syndrome of Acute Leukemia is higher than that of the unacute one.

In Chapter Two, some methods such as electron microscope, DNA ending label and MTT measurement were used to studied the changes of apoptosis, necroses and cell vigour of leukaemia K562 cell trunk and HL-60 cell trunk irradiated with millimeter wave. Different effects of millimeter wave to leukaemia cell trunks and human marrow cells were observed clearly. Human marrow cells were not so sensitive to millimeter wave radiation as leukaemia cells.

第二章，利用电镜技术、DNA末端标记、MTT活力测定等方法，研究了毫米波对红白血病K562细胞株、人类急性早幼粒白血病细胞株HL-60及正常人骨髓单核细胞的细胞超微结构、细胞凋亡、细胞活力的影响，结果发现毫米波辐射对正常人骨髓细胞及白血病细胞的影响明显不同，正常人骨髓细胞所受影响较小，特别是功率密度小的毫米波对其无影响；而白血病细胞受辐射后发生显著的凋亡或坏死，细胞活力显著下降，该效应具有明显的功率窗和时间窗。
