Objective: To investigate the effects of Tripteryginm hypoglaucum hutch on the HPRT gene of human promyelocytic leukemia cells.

MATERIALS: The donor mice were the male F1 hybridism mice of cleaning inbred strain C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice or the cleaning C57BL/6 mice. The recipient was the cleaning female inbred strain BALB/c mice. These mice were used for establishing leukemia models.
