To investigate the morphological changes of megakaryocytes with nuclear extrusion and nucleocytoplasmic separation, the morphological characteristics of megakaryocytes in peripheral blood films, bone marrow smears, and bone marrow biopsies from 4 newly diagnosed patients with primary myelofibrosis, myelodysplastic syndrome, myeloblastic leukemia with maturation (M2) and erythroleukemia (M6) were studied by using light microscope.

为了观察巨核细胞逸核和胞核胞质连体分离的形态学变化，用光镜观察4例初诊血液病患者的血片、骨髓涂片和骨髓切片中巨核细胞形态特征。4例初诊血液病患者为1例原发性骨髓纤维化，1例骨髓增生异常综合征，1例急性粒细胞白血病部分成熟型(M2)和1例红白血病(M6)。

采用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应检测91例急性白血病和17例慢性粒细胞性白血病患者Livin mRNA的表达水平， 21名健康人的标本作正常对照。

To appraise effect of the home-made recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor in the mobilization peripheral blood stem cells. From 2001 to 2005, 20 patients undergoing autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation were enrolled, 11 males, 9 females, 11 patients with acute myelocytic leukemia, 5 patients with acute lymphocyte leukemia, 3 patients with malignant lymphoma, and 1 patient with multiple myeloma.
