Methods: Models of leucocytopenia induced by irradiation were prepared by 60Co -ray.

采用~(60)Co照射小鼠，造成小鼠白细胞减少模型，即产生小鼠血虚证。评价SMI对于~(60)co所致的小鼠血虚证的治疗作用。

试验还显示，照射后四天SMI大、中剂量组小鼠骨髓有核细胞数与正常对照组无显著性差异，说明其骨髓造血功能比较活跃，提示SMI对放射性损伤所致小鼠血虚证有一定的保护和治疗作用，对于小鼠白细胞减少有较好的治疗效果。结论：SMI对小鼠放射性损伤所致血虚证有一定的保护和治疗作用。
