Obstructive jaundice was induced in the mice in the experimental group by common bile duct ligation. The level of the common bile duct diameter, WBC, LYM MID, LYM%, MID% and ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, ALP and CHOL were measured 12 h and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 days after the ligation.

于实验的第12 h，1、2、3、4、5、7 d动态观察胆总管直径及白细胞总数、淋巴细胞总数、中间细胞总数及淋巴细胞总数百分数和中间细胞总数百分数，测血清总胆固醇、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶、天冬氨酸氨基转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素及间接胆红素值。

本文报告的结果表明7β-羟基胆固醇双琥珀酸单酯钠(RS 024)在有效抗肿瘤剂量下(45mg/kg/day，×7ip)对荷瘤小鼠骨髓细胞DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成有促进作用，对肝、脾的DNA、RNA合成无显著影响，但能促进肝，脾中及血清蛋白质合成。按400mg/kg/day连续给药30天，对大鼠红细胞、白细胞数及淋巴细胞百分率无明显影响。提示该药在有效抗癌剂量下毒性较小，并在一定程度上对免疫功能有增强作用。
