Methods: Models of leucocytopenia induced by irradiation were prepared by 60Co -ray.

采用~(60)Co照射小鼠，造成小鼠白细胞减少模型，即产生小鼠血虚证。评价SMI对于~(60)co所致的小鼠血虚证的治疗作用。

Results:The overall response rate was 48.57%. The main toxicity was thrombocytopenia, leucocytopenia and peripheral nervous toxicity.

结果：全组CR 2例，PR 15例，有效率48.57 %，主要不良反应为白细胞及血小板减少，外周神经炎。

SMI had protection and therapeutic effects on leucocytopenia of mice induced by irradiation.

试验还显示，照射后四天SMI大、中剂量组小鼠骨髓有核细胞数与正常对照组无显著性差异，说明其骨髓造血功能比较活跃，提示SMI对放射性损伤所致小鼠血虚证有一定的保护和治疗作用，对于小鼠白细胞减少有较好的治疗效果。结论：SMI对小鼠放射性损伤所致血虚证有一定的保护和治疗作用。

Of 150 cycles could be applied without dose modifications or delay. Leucocytopenia grade 3/4 was observed in 15%, anemia in 7%, and thrombocytopenia in 49% of the patients. Grade 3/4 nonhematologic toxicities (diarrhoea, nausea and neurotoxicity) occurred in one patient each (2%).

Results: The extract of propolis had certain antineoplasm effect and the inhibition rate of propolis extract on tumor is 27.74％ and when combined with cyclophosphamide, the inhibition rate reached to 50.32％, even antagonized leucocytopenia caused by cyclophosphamide.
