Objective To observed the effect of "Yiqitiaoxue, Fubenpeiyuan" acupuncture method combining traditional Chinese herb on the changes of then-behavior and neurohumor of the brain tissue of 6-month-old senescence accelerated mouse (Senile-Prone, SAMP8), which were compared with those of 6-month-old SAMR1 (Senile-Resistant).

目的 观察"益气调血，扶本培元"针法配合中药治疗对6月龄快速老化痴呆模型小白鼠(SAMP8)Morris水迷宫学习记忆能力以及脑组织单胺类神经递质、乙酰胆碱、兴奋性氨基酸水平的影响，从中枢神经递质变化的角度揭示针刺治疗痴呆的作用机理。

经1998—2003年品种比较实验，结果表明：该品系春季萌发期特早，与对照皖农95相比，同期萌展值大0.39~0.96，与福鼎大白茶相比，同期萌展值大0.35~0.57；鲜叶中生化成分含量丰富，其中多酚含量28.22%、氨基酸含量1.51%，咖啡碱含量4.81%，水浸出物含量44.82%，茶多糖含量1.55%；各成分比例协调，绿茶品质佳，尤以香气和滋味表现突出；抗寒性强，对倒春寒的抗性也强。
