白光

The project ducts research on new sealing structure of power-type white light emitting diode to achieve low thermal resistance and emitting efficiency over 80lm/W. It can promote phosphor transfer efficiency and improve sealing technique procedure, introduce automatic production and testing equipment,to increase white light LED emitting efficiency and other performance indexes and further large-scale productivity.

本项目专题研制开发功率型白光发光二极管新型封装结构，实现低热阻、发光效率达80lm/W以上的LED光源封装能力，提升自制荧光粉转换效率与制备技术，改进现有封装工艺制程，引进自动化生产及测试设备，提升白光LED发光效率及其其它各项性能指标，形成批量生产能力。

Based on Matlab, simulation program of grating diffraction is complied. By changing adjustable parameters, computer simulations of white light interference and diffraction experiments (i. e., grating diffraction, single slit and double-slit diffraction, double-beam and multi-beam interference experiments) can be achieved.

基于Matlab软件编写出白光光栅衍射仿真程序，通过改变可调参数实现白光干涉、衍射实验（包括：光栅衍射、单缝及双缝衍射、双光束及多光束干涉等）的计算机仿真。

White spectral OCT is set up on partial spectrum analysis,the system chooses required white light source and receiving spectral. It would have more detection depth, higher resolution and improving signal to noise ratio.

建立了基于子光谱分析的白光频域OCT，该系统通过选择所需要的白光光源及其接收频段，这样既可以兼顾最大探测深度和高轴向分辨率，并且提高信噪比。

Then, we analyzed the the principles of the white device. Besides, we make this kind of white OLED to match with LCD screen. The maximal active area achieved 3cm×3cm. The average brightness of the device reached 1300cd/m^2 at 10V, and the uniformization of brightness was 90%. So it can be concluded that the white OLED well satisfied the need for LCD-backlighting.

对该白光OLED的发光和电学性能以及发光机理进行了深入的研究和探讨，进而制备了应用于液晶显示背光源的近白光OLED，有效面积达到3cm×3cm，在10V时平均亮度达到～1300cd/平方公尺，发光亮度均匀性为90%，色度均匀性较好，很好地符合了LCD对背光源的要求。

The weight ratio of riboflavin and anthrone, the weight of dispersing system LDPE and the heating time is studied during making the organic luminescent films. The possibility of achieving organic WLED using ax — 17 and zq — 13 is investigated. According to the theory of linear system, a new way of calculating the efficiency of fluorescence resonance energy transfer is investigated and it is proved by experiments.

在有机白光LED方面，本文考察了有机荧光物质核黄素和蒽酮之间质量比、分散系聚乙烯质量和成膜时间对有机发光薄膜荧光光谱的影响；探讨了使用有机荧光颜料ax—17和zq—13实现有机白光LED的可能；根据线性系统理论，提出利用供体发射谱和受体激发谱的类卷积积分估算荧光共振能量传递效率的新方法，并进行了实验验证。

According to mixture of colors theory,the white diffraction can be regarded as noncoherent superposition of the three primary colors diffraction.

引言 LED应用于照明领域，是目前我国乃至世界照明界的热门话题，通过从业人员的不断努力，目前照明用白光LED在通常的照明工作条件下的系统效率，已达到40lm/W，再加上照明用LED制造成本的大幅下降，所以照明用白光LED已具备应用到一些照明领域的商用条件。
