But whether the compound composed of them has suppressive effect on absence - like seizures of genetic tremor rats hasnt been reported. Furthermore, the animal models of investigating antiepileptic drugs were mostly induced by chemoconvulant or electrical stimulation. Since genetic factor is more primary in clinical epileptic patients, we used tremor rats fetched in from Japan as experimental animal models. We implanted electrodes in cortical and hippocampus of tremor rats and then recorded the electroencephalograms to observe effects of the traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Scolopendra, Bombyx Batryticatus, Uncaria and Arisacma Consanguineum on absence - like seizures in tremor rats.

而且以往多以化学致痫剂或电刺激等方法造模进行抗癫痫药物的研究，但在临床的癫痫患者中遗传因素占有相当大的比例，所以本实验应用了从日本引进的具有遗传性癫痫小发作的震颤大鼠作为实验动物模型，通过在震颤大鼠脑皮质和海马慢性安插电极后进行脑电图的记录，观察以蜈蚣、僵蚕、钩藤、制南星四味药为主的复方中药制剂对震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的抑制作用。

ResultsBmKE significantly prolonged laten periods of epileptic mice(P＜0.05), BmKE had a few effect on latent periods, the prolonged value of latent periods treated by BmKE was shorter than that treated by BmKE.

结果BmKE能显著延长PTZ致癫痫小鼠的发作潜伏期(P＜0.05)，BmKE作用很小，BmKE治疗组癫痫小鼠发作潜伏期的延长值比BmKE治疗组低。

Results The average onset age of moyamoya disease was very young. Female was dominant in our studied. Younger patients with moyamoya disease mainly suffered cerebral ischemia (87.5%). Adult patients suffered more cerebral hemorrhage (41.2%). Among clinical manifestations, headache, vertigo, paralysis, hemiplegia or alternative hemiplegia were common symptoms. Sometimes aphasia, dementia, visual acuity were decreasing, epilepsy and chorea minor might occur. 14 cases had received CT examination, but none was diagnosed moyamoya disease by CT. All patients received MRI and MRA examinations were diagnosed as moyatnoya disease.

结果 烟雾病发病平均年龄较轻，女性多于男性；少儿烟雾病患者以缺血改变为主(87.5%)，成年烟雾病患者缺血改变(58.8%)与出血改变(41.2%)相当；临床以头痛、头晕、肢体无力或偏瘫或交替性瘫痪为主要表现，同时可伴失语、智能下降、视力下降、癫痫发作、小舞蹈发作等表现。14例行头CT检查仅示颅内病灶，均未提示烟雾病；25例均行MRI和MRA检查发现颅内病灶，显示颈内动脉虹吸末段和大脑前或中动脉近段狭窄或闭塞，并有脑基底部异常血管网及侧支循环形成，均被诊断为烟雾病。
