Objective: To evaluate the value in localizing the epileptic focus by magnetic source imaging in patients with cavernous angioma and seizure.

目的：探讨磁源性影像对脑海绵状血管瘤伴发癫痫患者的癫痫灶定位价值，为癫痫外科手术提供依据。

Treatment of seizure includes airway protection, oxygen administration, subside seizure with anticonvulsant agents such as barbiturate, midazolam or dilantin and correction of the cause of seizure.

处理癫痫的原则包括：保护呼吸道，给予氧气，给予抗癫痫药物如barbiturate，midazolam或dilantin以及针对发生癫痫原因进行矫治。

Univariate analysis revealed that a high incidence of early epileptic seizures after intracerebral hemorrhage ocurred in patients with cortical hemorrhage, the medical history of intracerebral hemorrhage, electrolyte disbalance. Logistic regression analysis revealed that the position of hemorrhage and times of hemorrhage and electrolytic states were positively correlated with the incidence of early epileptic seizures after intracerebral hemorrhage. The cortical hemorrhage was the independent risk factor for the early epileptic seizures after intracerebral hemorrhage.

单因素分析显示，皮质出血、再发脑出血、电解质紊乱者易发生脑出血后早发性癫痫发作；Logistic回归分析显示，出血部位、出血次数和电解质情况与脑出血后早发性癫痫发作的发生有关，其中皮质出血为与脑出血后早发性癫痫发作有关的独立危险因素。

3Record the electroencephalogram of the SD rat dynamically.We use extracellular microelectrode to recorde the epileptiform burst in the CA3 area of the hippocampus in TLE rat slices. We use t-test, bivariate correlate evaluation and partial correlate evaluation to analyse the relationship between hippocampal plasticity and epileptogenesis of the temporal lobe epilepsy.

观察大鼠脑电的变化，并在颞叶癫痫模型大鼠离体海马脑片上记录自发性癫痫样电活动，应用t检验、Bivariate相关分析及Partial相关分析从多方面来了解海马可塑性改变与颞叶癫痫发生的相关性。

Using in situ hybridization method,we examined CCK mRNA positive signal in temporal cerebral cortex of audiogenic seizure-prone rats（P77PMC）before and after a single or multiple seizures.

本实验用原位杂交法，对听源性遗传癫痫易感大鼠（P77PMC）癫痫发作前、单次癫痫发作和多次发作时大脑颞皮层CCK mRNA阳性信号进行了检测。

Methods We retrospectively studied clinical and EEC features of 80 patients with ICE. Ten patients were diagnosed with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy, 35 has absence epilepsy, 28 had generalized tonic clonic seizure, and 7 had adult-onset idiopathic generalized epilepsy.

回顾性分析80例特发性癫痫患者的临床和常规EEG特征。10例患者诊断为青少年肌痉挛癫痫，35例患者有失神发作，28例患者为全面强直痉挛发作，7例患者为成年期起病的特发性全面性癫痫。

Results Twenty-one of 60 children (35.0%) whose episodes had been diagnosed as epileptic seizures were identified as non-epileptic attacks by ictal Video-EEG. Twenty-four of 28 cases (85.7%) with other seizures were identified as non-epileptic attacks.

结果 经发作期Video-EEG监测证实，60例初诊为癫痫性发作的患儿中，21例(35%)为非癫痫性发作；28例其他症状发作中，24例(86%)为非癫痫性发作。102例痫样放电患儿中82例(80.4%)确定了发作类型，35例(34.3%)确定了癫痫类型。

Results:①Normal EEG can neither exclude epilepsy nor exclude brain lesions which cause epilepsy;②Diffuse slow waves are not only the general changes of EEG during the intermittent stage of grand mal,but may be also a characteristic of the brain lesions;③The epileptic waves can only indicate the form and distribution of the abnormal discharges of the brain neurons,but cannot indicate the location and extent o...

结果：①正常EEG既不能排除癫痫，也不能除外引起癫痫的脑部病变；②弥漫性慢活动波不仅是强直阵挛性发作间竭期EEG的一般性变化，而且可能是脑部病变的一个征象；③癫痫波只能表明脑神经元异常放电的形式和分布，不能说明病变的部位和范围，更不能提示病变的性质；④本组继发性癫痫最常见的病因是头颅外伤，以后依次为脑萎缩、颅内炎症、窒息、产伤。
