Results: The total incidence of the urothelium carcinoma was 24.1% and the incidence of the renal pelvis and urinary bladder carcinoma was 16.7% and12.9% respectively. 88.9% of the renal pelvis carcinomas and 71.4% of the urinary blad der carcinomas were invasive.

结果：尿路上皮癌总发生率为24.1%，其中肾盂癌和膀胱癌发生率分别为11.1%和12.9%，未发现输尿管癌。88.9%的肾盂癌和71.4%的膀胱癌为浸润性癌。

Histological type: of the 25 cases, 14 were endometrioid carcinomas, 2 were clear cell carcinomas, 2 were adenoacanthoma, 1 was serous papillary adenocarcinomas, 6 were mixed epithelium tumor of ovary.

病理类型为子宫内膜样癌14例，透明细胞癌 2例，腺棘癌 2例，浆液性腺癌 1例，混合性卵巢上皮性癌 6例，镜下均可见良性的异位子宫内膜向恶性移行的证据。

对荷W256大鼠，生兴克癌冲剂20、10、5 g / kg三组的平均瘤重明显低于对照组(P.01，P.05)，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g / kg组的平均肿瘤抑制率均大于32 %；⑵与空白对照组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g/ kg能显著地延长移植小鼠白血病P388小鼠的存活天数(P.01)，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g/ kg对荷白血病P388小鼠生命延长率均在50%以上；⑶与S180荷瘤组相比，生兴克癌冲剂对荷瘤鼠的免疫器官重量、胸腺指数和脾指数有一定的提高趋势，其中生兴克癌冲剂5 g / kg组对荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数有一定的提高作用(P.05)；⑷与S180荷瘤组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g /kg组可提高由荷瘤引起的小鼠血清半数溶血素值的降低(P.01)，表明其可提高荷瘤小鼠体液免疫功能；⑸与对照组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20 g /kg组可提高荷S180肉瘤小鼠的免疫吞噬系数α值(P.01)，表明其可提高荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能。

方法取9例外生型口腔疣状癌、6例囊肿／浸润型口腔疣状癌、15例高分化鳞癌、15例低分化鳞癌，应用半定量逆转录多聚酶链式反应方法检测口腔疣状癌和口腔鳞癌中OPN mRNA的表达水平，应用免疫组织化学法检测上述标本中OPN的表达及分布，判断差异。

Results Although overexpression of P53 protein was not detected in normal eyelid cutaneous epithelium, meibomian gland and mild epithelial dysplasia, the positive rate of P53 increased in degree in moderate and severe dysplasia, carcinoma in situ and invasive tumors, and PCNA labeling index progressively increased too. Overexpression of P53 protein was detected in 30/53 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 16/32 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 10/17 cases of meibomian gland carcinoma, and the intensity of P53 protein immunostaining increased with the lowering in the degree of histological differentiation.

结果 在正常眼睑皮肤、睑板腺及轻度不典型增生眼睑上皮中，未见P53蛋白表达，而中、重度不典型增生，原位癌，浸润癌中，P53蛋白阳性表达率逐渐增高，其 PCNA指数也有增加趋势。30/53例基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma，BCC)、16/32例鳞状细胞癌（squamous cell carcinoma，SCC）、10/17例睑板腺癌中，P53蛋白阳性表达；同时，随着肿瘤组织分化程度的降低，P53蛋白阳性表达程度有逐渐增高的趋势。

Methods Collecting 28 cases with sebaceous carcinoma in Head and Neck which was diagnosed with pathology. Of all these patients, the eyelid in 10 cases, parotid in 2cases, external auditory meatus in 5 cases, maxillofacial in 7 cases, neck portion in 4 cases, neck lymph node metastasis in 3 cases. They were treated with surgical operation, radical therapy and chemistry therapy.
