For comparison, 30 cases of epithelial ovarian tumors(10 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, 12 cases of serous cacinoma, 5 cases of clear cell carcinoma, 3 cases of mucinous carcinoma) and 10 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma were also studied.

同时选择30例卵巢上皮性肿瘤(10例内膜样腺癌；12例浆液性腺癌；5例透明细胞癌及3例粘液性腺癌)和10例肾脏透明细胞癌作为对比研究。

Down-regulated expression of PTEN and up-regulated expression of VEGF〓 were considered as two important events in tumorigenesis of ovarian cancer and could act as molecular markers to indicate the pathobiological behaviors of ovarian cancer. Decreased PTEN expression and increased VEGF〓 expression were closely associated with tumorigenesis and pathobiological behaviors of ovarian endometrioid and serous cancer respectively. Reduced expression of PTEN gene might be involved in carcinogenesis and progression of ovarian cancer by up-regulating the VEGF〓 expression to enhance angiogenesis.

在卵巢癌组织中PTEN基因mRNA表达下调和VEGF〓基因mRNA表达上调是卵巢癌发生的重要分子事件，可作为反映卵巢癌病理生物学行为的指标，且分别与卵巢内膜样癌和浆液性囊腺癌的发生和病理生物学行为关系密切；PTEN基因mRNA表达降低可能通过上调VEGF〓基因mRNA表达促进新生血管形成，进而参与卵巢癌的发生和侵袭。

Results Among the 135 cases,128 cases were breast invasive ductile carcinoma,3cases were sifter-like carcinoma,1case was medullary carcinoma,2cases were carcinoma in the suit and 1case was fibroma with sarcomatous change.

结果 135例乳腺癌中，乳腺浸润性导管癌128例，筛状癌3例，髓样癌1例，小叶癌原位癌2例和纤维腺瘤伴肉瘤变1例。

All the LOH on 〓 and 〓 was observed in invasive ductal carcino- ma, carcinoma simplex, medulary carcinoma and scirrhous carcino- ma, no deletions at these sites were observed in any invasive lobular carcinoma and others. These results imply an etiological difference.P53 gene is a hot point gene in the occurrence and development of breast, cancer. PCR-SSCP analysis was performed to detect P53 gene point mutation in the region between exon 5 and 8, 5 of 12 (41. 6%) stage I breast cancer patients contain mutation of P53, 3 of 5 patients were accompanied by 〓 deletion. These results suggested that point mutation and allelic loss of P53 gene are two vi- tal genetic events in earlier stage of breast tumorigenesis.

我们还发现，〓和〓位点LOH均分布在乳腺浸润性导管癌、单纯癌、髓样癌及硬癌中，在浸润性小叶癌和某些特殊类型乳腺癌中全部为LOH阴性，上述位点LOH可能与某些组织学类型乳腺癌的发生有关。P53基因是乳腺癌形成过程中的一个热点基因，本研究对12例Ⅰ期乳腺癌组织标本中P53基因热点区域第5、6、7、8外显子点突变进行了测定，发现41.6％（5／12）的病人有P53基因一个或多个点突变，其中3例同时伴有〓位点LOH，表明P53基因点突变和等位基因缺失是发生在乳腺癌形成早期的一个重要遗传学事件。

A summary of CT signs of 20 cases of carcinoma of pancreas and 4 cases of cancer of Vater amp- ulla,all proved surgically and patho- logically,was presented,The overall CT diagnostic accuracy in this series was 95%.

总结手术、病理证实的20例胰腺癌和4例法特壶腹癌的 CT 表现。本组 CT 总的确诊率为95%。胰癌主要 CT 征象是腺体局部增大及轮廊改变、密度降低、双管征、胰周粘连淋巴结增大脂肪层受侵犯。壶腹癌主要特征是显著的胆道扩张，仅1例有胰头部癌浸润。

The changes of appearance in buccal cancer patient due to disease itself or after remedy always has big impact on patients' body image. This study explored the adaptation process of body image for appearance changes in buccal cancer patients after surgery and examined the relationship among adaptation, social support, and body image. The purposes of this study were to: 1.explore the distribution of essential attribute, healthy behavior, disease condition, body image, body image adaptation, and social support in buccal cancer patients after operation; and 2. examine if the adaptation of body image and social support will affect patients' body image. The study usee a cross-sectional design and recruit post-operative buccal cancer patients from a regional teaching hospital at southern Taiwan.

口腔癌患者因疾病及治疗带来的外观改变，对患者心理上於身体心像的调适会形成极大的冲击，且发病年龄多集中在中壮年期的男性，本研究即探讨男性口腔癌个案术后身体心像因应及社会支持之相关性，研究目的主要针对：一、了解男性口腔癌术后不同时期患者其基本属性、健康行为、疾病情况的分布情形以及身体心像状况、身体心像因应和社会支持的情形；二、了解身体心像的影响因子为何，采用横断式研究法，以立意取样，於南部某区域教学医院的耳鼻喉科门诊，选取罹患口腔癌且经手术治疗过后的男性患者，并排除合并其他非口腔癌重大伤病者及合并其他慢性疾病造成外观改变者。

Of all these patients, the eyelid in 10 cases, parotid in 2cases, external auditory meatus in 5 cases, maxillofacial in 7 cases, neck portion in 4 cases, neck lymph node metastasis in 3 cases. They were treated with surgical operation, radical therapy and chemistry therapy.

结果 皮脂腺癌确诊需要免疫组化检测，而罕见的腮腺皮脂腺癌还需和透明细胞癌、黏液表皮样癌和腺泡细胞癌鉴别，全组病例5年以上随访，5年生存率可达71.4%（20/28），5年内原发灶复发10例，其中，3例伴有区域淋巴结转移而再次手术，4例失访；2例死于远处转移；2例死于其他疾病。

XIAP expression could not be affected by the apoptotie inductions mediated by death receptor and mitochondria pathway in both cell lines.

通过对肾癌组织和细胞的研究，提示抗凋亡的XIAP在肾癌组织中呈肿瘤进展依赖性增高、在抗凋亡的肾癌细胞高表达，在肾癌细胞抗凋亡机制中发挥重要的作用，影响肾癌对凋亡信号的敏感性，使肾癌细胞获得生存发展的优势，从而促进肾癌的进展，并产生对诱导凋亡药物的抵抗；应用基因克隆和Tet-Off基因可控性表达系统技术构建的肾癌细胞XIAP稳定表达细胞系，对深入研究XIAP在肾癌抗凋亡中的机制，具有实用意义。

Results Basal cell adenocarcinoma of prostate was composed of poorly differentiated solid carcinoma nests with many cellular nuclear mitoses arranged like basal cell carcinoma. Necrosis was in the middle of the carcinoma nest. Local differentiation to squamous cell, transitional cell and gland and structure like adenoid cystic carcinoma were found.

结果：前列腺基底细胞腺癌为分化差的实体癌呈基底细胞癌样排列，核分裂象多，癌巢中央伴坏死，可见局灶性鳞状细胞、移行细胞或腺管分化，也可出现腺样囊性癌样结构。
