Primary colorectal signet ring cell carcinoma is a rare but distinctive malignancy of the large bowel. More than 96% of signet ring cell carcinomas arise in the stomach, with the rest arising from other primary organs.

原发性结直肠印戒细胞癌是大肠一种罕见的但特殊的恶性肿瘤。96%以上的印戒细胞癌来自于胃，其余来自于其它器官。

The alteration of p16 gene and abnormal expression of P16 protein are significantly correlated with the biological behavior and clinical staging of pancreatic carcinoma and may hence be helpful to prognostication.

Methods 32 cases of IDPC were found in post|operation samples, by means of open operation , a diagnosis rate of 2%(8/409); the diagnosis rate of IDPC rose to 7.2%(24/311) by means of transurethral route galvano|prostatotomy.

我院在1990～1999年间，分别采用2种不同的手术方法：一种是耻骨上前列腺切除409例，发现前列腺偶发癌8例；一种是经尿道下前列腺电切311例，发现前列腺偶发癌24例，报告如下

Results: 15 cases of patients were diagnosed as primary ureteral carcinoma by B-ultrasonography, intravenous pyelogram, cystoscopy and retrograde urography, CT, MRI, ureteroscopy before operation. all of the patients were proved to be transitional cell carcinoma by pathological examination after operation.

结果：术前15例患者经B超、静脉肾盂造影、膀胱镜及逆行肾盂输尿管造影、输尿管镜等检查诊断为原发性检尿管癌。18例患者均经术后病理检查确诊为原发性输尿管癌。
