Methods: WTBZ〗 Telomeras e activity was detected in 38 cases of NPC, 15 cases of PNC adjacent tissues and 19 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis as well as in NHE1 cell lines, two other ca ncer cell lines and three other normal control cell lines by TRAP PCR ELISA and TRAP PCR PAGE respectively.
