Methods We randomly assigned 410 patients with locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma, gallbladder cancer, or ampullary cancer to receive either cisplatin (25 mg per square meter of body-surface area) followed by gemcitabine (1000 mg per square meter on days 1 and 8, every 3 weeks for eight cycles) or gemcitabine alone (1000 mg per square meter on days 1, 8, and 15, every 4 weeks for six cycles) for up to 24 weeks.

我们将有局部晚期或转移性胆管癌、胆囊癌或壶腹癌的410例病人随机分为两组：一组先接受顺铂（25 mg/m2体表面积）治疗后再接受吉西他滨（1000 mg/m2，第1天和第8天，每3周为1个周期，共8个周期）治疗，另一组接受单纯吉西他滨（1000 mg/m2，第1、8和第15天，每4周为1个周期，共6个周期）治疗，最多治疗24周。

We analyzed 120 ampullary adenomas (31 pure adenomas and 89 carcinoma-associated adenomas) and 170 pure adenocarcinomas for MSI, immunohistochemical expression of MMR proteins and specific histopathologic features.

Results The tissue of 3 cases of ACC in the esophagus was mainly composed of square shape gland epithelial cell and variant myoepithelial cell, mesh shape cavity crack and the tubular, the entity shape arrangement, the cavity crack content basophilia and acidophilia the secretion. There was transmigration of superficial epidermis in 1 case of ACC; All 3 cases were positive of CK, H-CK, P63, S-100 (endochylema /nucleus), EMA, and Bcl-2. Case 3 was positive of CerbB-2 and P53. Case 2 was CD117, AAT, SMA, PAS/AB.

结果 3例食管腺样囊性癌的癌组织主要由立方形腺上皮细胞和变异的肌上皮细胞组成，呈筛孔状腔隙、管状、实体状排列，腔隙内含嗜碱性和嗜伊红分泌物；3例食管腺样囊性癌中例1表面上皮有移行；免疫组化：3例CK、H-CK、P63、S-100、EMA、Bcl-2均，例3 CerBb-2，P53，例2 CD117，AAT、SMA，PAS/AB。

Objective 1. To investigate the expression of protein of nometastatic gene 23(nm23H1),vescular endothelial growth factor and protein of nuclear factor kappa B ( NF-kBP65) in retinoblastoma, blepharal basal cell carcinoma , blepharal squamous cell carcinoma and meibomian gland carcinoma. 2. To explore the relationship between expressions of these proteins and biological behavior of these ocular malignancies.

目的：1、检测肿瘤转移抑制基因蛋白nm23H1、血管生成因子VEGF以及细胞核因子NF-kBP65蛋白在视网膜母细胞瘤、眼睑基底细胞癌、眼睑鳞状细胞癌和睑板癌中的表达。2、探讨它们与眼部恶性肿瘤的生物学行为的关系。

Results No positive expressions of nm23Hl and NF-kBP65 were found in normalgroup; whereas positive expressions were observed in retinoblastoma, blepharal basal cell carcinoma , blepharal squamous cell carcinoma and meibomian gland carcinoma.

结果：nm23H1和NF-kBP65在正常视网膜及眼睑组织细胞中呈阴性表达，在视网膜母细胞瘤、眼睑基底细胞癌、眼睑鳞状细胞癌及睑板腺癌等眼部肿瘤中呈阳性表达。

By comparision, cancerigenic rate in the 6mg group was 70%(7/10) and higher than the 9mg group in 6 months, the death rate was lower.

结果： 包埋DMBA4个月后大鼠胰腺开始出现腺癌，胰腺癌模型组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ相比，术后6个月癌发生率为70%（7/10），实验大鼠死亡率低，致癌率较高。
