临床上存在许多组织学定义，包括基底细胞癌合并鳞状细胞癌，有或无移行带，或者是所有存在角质化的鳞状细胞癌。

Three of them had right breast cancer and remainder had left breast cancer. For each patient, three-dimensional calculations were performed using full set Computer Tomography-slices. All calculations were done using 6MV-photon. The dose distribution of planning target volumes and critical organ were analyzed. Result: Both 3D and FIF technique provided acceptable planning target volumes coverage with 90% of the PTV receiving 100% of the prescribed dose in all cases.

本研究收集六位乳癌病人，其中包含三位左侧乳癌和三位右侧乳癌，每位病人都接受电脑断层摄影治疗规划，分别以3D和FIF两种技术做治疗计划，分析并比较其计划治疗体积和重要器官的剂量分布。

Results among 17 cases , malignant disease is 12 cases , benign disease is 5 cases ,in malignant disease adenocar-cinoma is 8 cases and squamous-cinoma is 2 cases ,in benign disease tuberculosis is 3 cases , inflammation node is 2 cases , the common CT signs included lobulation sign (14 cases),pleural tail sign 7 cases ,vessel convergence (8 cases ),and spiculation (14 cases),with inhomogeneous (13 cases).

结果：17例病变中恶性病例12例，良性病例5例，恶性病变中腺癌8例，鳞癌2例，转移癌2例，良性病变中结核3例，炎性结节2 例CT征象包括分叶征14例，胸膜凹陷征7例，血管集束征8例，毛刺征14例，密度不均匀者13例。

Results 78 patients included infiltrating ductal carcinoma 40 cases,infiltrating lobule carcinoma 24 cases,ductal carcinoma in situ 14 cases.

结果 浸润性导管癌40例，浸润性小叶癌24例，原位癌14例。

Objective To explore livin, MTA1 and the caspase3 protein expression, their correlation and clinical pathology in colon cancer Methods The expressions of livin, MTA1 and caspase3 protein in 88 cases of colon cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry stainingResults Livin, caspase3 protein and MTA1 positive expression rates in colon cancer tissues were more than those in tissues beside the cancer Furthermore there were obvious relevance between livin protein, MTA1 positive expression rate and degree of histodifferentiation and lymph node metabasis and between caspase3 protein positive expression rate and degree of histodifferentiation of colon cancer Caspase3 protein expression had prominent inverse correlation with the livin expressionConclusions ①Over expression of livin having inhibtion on colon cancer is one of important factors of colon carcinogenesis ②Caspase3 protein expression in colon cancer tissues is inhibited to less and has prominent inverse correlation with livin expression Accordingly, suppressing caspase3 protein activity is one of channels, by which livin promotes colon carcinogenesis ③MTA1 plays the important role in histodifferentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of colon cancer

采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测88例结肠癌组织中Livin，Caspase3 及MTA1的表达情况。结果（1）结肠癌组织中Livin的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且Livin的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度及淋巴结转移程度显著相关。（2）结肠癌组织中Caspase3蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且Caspase3蛋白的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度显著相关。（3）结肠癌组织中MTA1的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且MTA1的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度及淋巴结转移程度显著相关。（4）Caspase3蛋白的表达又与Livin的表达呈显著负相关。结论（1）Livin在结肠癌组织中过表达，它可能是促进结肠癌发生的重要因素之一。（2）Caspase3蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达被抑制而降低，且与Livin的表达呈负相关。因此，抑制Caspase3蛋白的活性是Livin促进结肠癌发生的途径之一。（3）MTA1对结肠癌的组织分化及淋巴转移发挥重要作用。

The results showed that:Han nationality accounted for 44.28%(372 cases),Uygur 24.17%(203 cases),Kazak 28 10%(236 cases),squamou scell carcinoma 89.76%(754 cases),adenocarcinoma 5.37%(45 cases),mucoid carcinoma 2.15%(18 cases) and other types 2.78%(23 cases).

结果，840例病人中，汉族372例（44.28％），维吾尔族203例（24.17％），哈萨克族236例（28.10％），其它民族29例（3.45％）。所有病例中鳞癌754例（89.76％），其中低分化者57例（6.80％）；腺癌45例（5.36％），粘液癌18例（2.14％）；其它23例（2.78％）。

By in situ hybridization, 53BP2 mRNA expression is revealed in tumor cell nests of NPC paraffin sections. The strong positive particles localize in the nuclei of tumor cells; but slight positive signals are also found in tissue cells of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue, such as lymphocytes and smooth muscle cells; There are also positive signals in the nuclei of hyperplastic squamous epithelial cells. However, 53BP1 mRNA expression is not found in nuclei of tumor cells, tissues of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue.

原位杂交结果显示，石蜡切片的鼻咽癌癌巢内，可见53BP2的强阳性表达信号，信号呈紫色颗粒状分布于胞核，核仁清晰可见；而在相同条件下，在慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织，也可见弱表达信号，如淋巴细胞和平滑肌细胞；在增生的鳞状上皮细胞的核内，可找到强阳性信号。53BP1在鼻咽癌、慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织切片上，均无表达信号。

objective:to explore the clinical value of digital mammography on diagnosis of small breast cancer.methods:we retrospectively analyzed the representation of molybdenum target x-ray in 40 patients with small breast cancer diagnosed by biopsy.result:the molybdenum target x-ray showed nodosity tumor in 17 cases,calcification in 13 cases,density in 8 cases,focal grand architectural distortion in 6 case,single dilated in 3 cases and blood vessel line thickening in 6 case.conclusions:digital mammography is the most important means in the diagnosis of small breast cancer,which can distinguish between different kinds of breast density of different tissues and find small breast lump.the mammography has a high sensitivity in the diagnosis of small breast cancer.

目的：提高对小乳癌影像学的认识。方法：回顾性分析40例经病理证实的小乳癌患者的x线片。结果：x线表现为肿块17例，钙化13例，致密影8例，局部结构紊乱6例，单支导管扩张3例，血管影增多、增粗6例。结论：影像学是小乳癌诊断的最主要手段，能区别乳房各种不同组织的不同密度，能发现较小的乳腺肿块，对于乳腺癌的诊断，乳腺x线钼靶摄片具有较高的灵敏度。
