Kb, the cDNA length is 6022 bases, the PPO amino acid sequence has the genes of the open-reading frame of 993 amino acid residues, the gene is expressed in multiple tissues of human cancer, including oophoron cancer, mammary cancer, pancreas adenocarcinoma, colon cancer, lung carcinoma and prostate cancer.
