Microspectrophotometer was used to measure the DNA content of 3 mucosa specimens of normal blad- der, 5 papillomas and 15 bladder transitional cell carcinomas. The transitional cell carcinoma was divided into 3 gradesand each grade group comprised 5 cases.

应用显微分光光度计检测膀耽正常粘膜、膀胱乳头状瘤及膀胱移行细胞癌共23倒(正常粘膜3例、乳头状瘤5例及移行细胞癌15例，移行细胞癌分三级，Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ各5例)，其结果显示，正常粘膜上皮细胞和乳头状瘤细胞核及移行细胞癌细胞核Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ各组之间胞核DNA含量均值有显著的差别(P.05～0.01)。

Results: MR demonstrated capsule wall and papillary solid lesions in one case with cystic and solid lesions of hepatobiliary cystadenoma. Poly cystic form tan if different sine in sew case, capsule wall and septation was thick, part of capsule wall was obviously thickened and nodes form, intrahepatic bile duct was dilated, large poly-antrum cystic keen form structure in one case, capsule wall and septation were smooth, part of capsule wall was uniformly thicken, capsule wall, septation, mural nodus form and solid lesions in three cases wee all slightly hyperintense on T2WI and slightly hypointense on T1WI. Part of cyst fluid was hypointense on T2WI the diameter if tumor ranged from 3.4cm to 13.5cm. Part of capsule wall, septation, solid lesions and mural nodus west obviously enhanced in arterial phase in three cases, the extent of enhancement showed a little degrade in port vein phase, balance phase and delay phase, but dense to liver parenchyma at synchronization.

结果：3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中1例呈囊实性结构，可见囊壁及乳头状实性肿块；1例为多个大小不等的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，囊壁局部明显增厚，有壁结节，周围见轻度的肝内胆管扩张；1例为巨大的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，局部均匀增厚；3例中的囊壁、分隔、壁结节及实性部分均呈T2WI稍高信号、T1WI稍低信号，囊内液性部分均呈T2WI高信号、T1WI低信号；肿瘤瘤体大小径线范围3.4~13.5cm.3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中囊壁、分隔、实性肿块和壁结节动脉期均明显强化，门脉期、平衡期及延迟期强化程度略减低，强化程度均高于同期肝实质。

In 14 patients with angiogenic tumors of the soft tissue ( 13 benign tumors and 1 malignant tumor) were analyzed. Results Benign hemangiomas included cavernous (n=7), intramuscular (n=2), mixed (n=1), racemosum (n=1), glomus (n=1) and angiomatosis (n=1). The vascular component within the tumor displayed iso-intensity on T1WI relative to the skeletal muscle, and hyper-intensity on T2WI. One case of hemangiopericytoma showed slightly low signal on T1WI and slightly high signal on T2WI.

结果 13例良性肿瘤中，海绵状血管瘤7例，肌肉内血管瘤2例，混合型血管瘤、蔓状血管瘤、血管球瘤、血管瘤病各1例，瘤血管成分在T1WI上呈等信号，T2WI上呈高信号，肿瘤有不等量的纤维组织和脂肪组织；血管外皮细胞瘤1例，T1WI上呈略低信号，T2WI上呈略高信号。

Simulate the condition of temperature and energy control in percutanous MWA for HCC to ablate SMMC-7721 cell strain suspension.There were five experiment groups:A.control group,B.45℃10 min group,C.50℃3min group,D.54℃3min group and E.60℃instant group.Detection for apoptosis was performed at 30 minutes and 2 hours after ablation.2.Thirty-two C57 mice were undertaken hypodermic inoculation of Hepal-6 tumor piece at right groin as ablation tumor and at left groin as observation tumor one week later.The mice with double tumors were separated into four groups:A.control group with no treatment,B.MWA group treated with MWA only,C.mDC group treated with MWA and subcutaneous injection of mature dendritic cells sensitized by neoantigen of Hepal-6 cell strain,D.iDC group treated with MWA and peritumoral injection of immature dendritic cells without neoantigen sensitization.

模拟肝癌微波治疗中常用消融区边缘的温控和能量条件，消融人肝细胞癌株SMMC-7721细胞悬液，分为五组：A、对照组，B、45℃10min组，C、50℃3min组，D、54℃3min组，E、60℃即刻组，消融后30分钟及2小时进行凋亡检测。2.32只C57小鼠左侧腹股沟皮下接种Hepa1-6鼠肝癌细胞瘤块作为消融瘤，间隔1周，右侧腹股沟皮下接种瘤块作为观察瘤，成瘤后分为四组：A组，对照组，不行治疗；B组，微波组，仅微波消融小鼠消融瘤；C组，成熟DC组，微波消融小鼠消融瘤，并于小鼠双侧腋下注射肿瘤抗原致敏的树突状细胞；D组，未成熟DC组，微波消融小鼠消融瘤，并于消融瘤周注射未成熟树突状细胞。

Results showed 172 DH plants in 2006, 230 DH plants in 2007 were obtained, 275 plants had been domesticated in 2008.Some DH regeneration plants could transform into leaf mutants. From 2006 to 2007, 8 wrinkledness leaf mutants were gotten. The highest rate of getting mutants was 2.29 %. 2 mutant plants had gotten seeds. The leaf mutants mainly showed wrinkledness in the surface of preceding leaves at early stage. Then the wrinkle leaves could transfer to normal ones and some also keep the wrinkledness later with their growth.

结果表明，CGMCC№2553具有胚胎发生能力，2006年获得172株DH再生植株，2007年获得230株，2008年驯化275株；定植到日光温室中的DH再生植株有些会转变为叶片突变体，2006~2007年共获得8株叶片皱缩突变体，最高获得率为2.29%；目前已获得2份突变体的自交种子；叶片突变体主要表现：生长初期叶片表面皱缩呈瘤状，随着生长的进行，一些皱缩的叶片转变为正常，有的则依然皱缩。
